CADD Emirates becomes Hotelworld.ai's Middle East partner

CADD Emirates becomes Hotelworld.ai's strategic regional partner for the Middle East under an agreement signed in June at HITEC San Antonio.

CADD Emirates Signs On as Hotelworld.ai’s Regional Partner

CADD Emirates Computer Trading LLC and Hotelworld.ai have signed a strategic partnership agreement. The agreement makes CADD Emirates the AI vendor’s strategic regional partner for the Middle East. Hotel Technology News carried the announcement on 27 September 2026. The signing took place in June at HITEC San Antonio, the hospitality technology exhibition produced by HFTP.

Hotel Technology News holds the text in its Announcement section under an HTN Editors byline, so the copy is vendor-supplied material.

What CADD Emirates Will Do

CADD Emirates will introduce Hotelworld.ai’s artificial intelligence products to hotels and hospitality groups across the Middle East. The release names its market presence, technical expertise and customer relationships as the assets behind the role. The collaboration covers local implementation, support and customer success services throughout the region. CADD Emirates describes itself as a technology solutions provider based in Dubai, working across IT infrastructure, software, digital transformation and enterprise technology in the United Arab Emirates and the wider Middle East.

The release publishes no financial terms, no unit targets, no deployment timeline, no named property or group and no rate card.

The Two Executives on the Record

Jimmy Joseph is director of hospitality for EMEA and India at CADD Emirates Computer Trading LLC. “We are excited to partner with Hotelworld.ai and bring its innovative AI-powered hospitality solutions to the Middle East,” Joseph said. He said the combination of the vendor’s technology and CADD’s regional reach put the two companies in position to help hotels accelerate their digital transformation.

Geri Cupi is chief executive officer at Hotelworld.ai. “We are delighted to welcome CADD Emirates as our regional partner,” Cupi said. He cited CADD Emirates’ understanding of the hospitality landscape and its customer network. He tied the product to a Unified Platform whose agents work across a range of hotel functions.

The Platform Behind the Partnership

Hotelworld.ai’s company copy describes an integrated multi-agent AI platform for hospitality, founded in 2024. Its stated purpose is to help hotels improve visibility, increase direct bookings, automate operational workflows and enhance the guest experience. The same copy names the founding team’s background across Orient Express, Accor, Experian, Oracle, Google, Forbes Travel Guide and Mandarin Oriental.

The company’s own site lists its agents by role. Leo handles AI search visibility, Iris carries demand indicators, Claire covers reservations, Filipa covers reception capacity, Rebecca covers guest experience, Simone covers butler service, Martin covers data, Charles covers accounting reconciliation and Sofia covers staff training. The site lists 80-plus languages on the reception agent, multi-channel access and 24/7 coverage.

Those capability claims come from Hotelworld.ai. The release carries no independent test result, no deployment count at a named property and no performance figure from a live hotel.

What a Regional Distribution Layer Changes

The agreement places CADD Emirates between the platform and the hotel. CADD Emirates holds the implementation, the support line and the customer success function for the region, per the release. A hotel or group buying through that route deals with a Dubai-based technology supplier for the deployment and for the ongoing service.

The release does not say which of the two companies bills the property, which one sets the price, or where the support staff sit.

What the Agent Set Adds to a Day-Use Desk

A day-use operation turns the same room more than once inside one day. Each booking carries its own arrival window, its own housekeeping turn and its own reception movement.

Filipa’s reception capacity and Claire’s reservation layer sit on that arrival. Iris’s demand indicators bear on which hours fill. Rebecca and Simone cover the service window inside the block. Charles and Martin carry the accounting and the reconciliation behind a rate that is set per block. The 80-plus languages and the 24/7 coverage carry weight here. A day room is booked and occupied inside a short window, and the guest arrives and departs inside it.

The release publishes no day rate, no hourly rate, no minimum stay and no per-block result. Hotelworld.ai’s own pages carry the same silence.

The day-use shelf offers no Gulf comparison. Dayuse’s own site reads more than 9,000 partner hotels across 29 countries. hotelSlots.org covers the United States across 46 states and 103,857-plus hotels. Neither source returns a day-room average for the UAE or the wider Gulf.
