The public programme is four daylight blocks
The NFL Scouting Combine runs March 1-8, 2027 at Lucas Oil Stadium. The league's important-dates slate for the 2026-27 season carries the window, and both ends fall on a Monday.
Visit Indy dates the 2026 fan programme Feb. 26 to March 1 and publishes its terms: "The entire event is free, with parking included, first come, first served!" Admission runs through three steps. The 2026 grid ran four days. The Combine Experience ran 1-7 p.m. on the Thursday and the Friday, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on the Saturday and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on the Sunday. The Inside Look ran 1-8:30 p.m. Thursday, 1-9 p.m. Friday, 11 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Sunday. The drills began at 3 p.m. on the Thursday and the Friday and at 1 p.m. on the two weekend days.
Inside Look sits inside the stadium. The Combine Experience takes the South Lot and the interior concourses. Lucas Oil Stadium concessions serve the building, and the drills screen on NFL Network.
The 2027 fan window, hours, admission terms, concession plan and hall assignment are unpublished.
The Indianapolis day-use shelf
Dayuse lists Indianapolis at an average of $87.43 for a day room and recommends Quality Inn & Suites Southport. Its published terms are up to 75 percent off an overnight stay, free cancellation until the start of the slot, and payment at the hotel.
hotelSlots lists 273 hotels available in Indianapolis and states 123 hotels to choose from. Its own directory copy names short conferences at the Indiana Convention Center and flight layovers as the use cases, and lists Wi-Fi access and clean facilities among the reasons to book a slot.
What the campus publishes
The Indiana Convention Center counts 7,100 hotel rooms downtown, 4,700 of them connected by skywalk, 200 downtown restaurants within walking distance and 15 minutes to Indianapolis International Airport. Visit Indy counts 12 hotels and 5,200 rooms connected, more than 10,000 rooms within walking distance, 34,000 rooms across the metro area and over 8,300 downtown.
The Signia by Hilton Indianapolis carries 803 rooms on the venue's expansion page and 800 on the venue's April 21, 2026 reservations announcement. It takes reservations for stays beginning Feb. 1, 2027.

The league week publishes four public days and no overnight block. A day-use slot covers the hours between the two free attractions, and the latest published close is 9 p.m. on the Friday. The overnight inventory behind the week is 7,100 downtown rooms, with a new 803-room house taking reservations from Feb. 1, 2027.
The city's overnight rate print is a $209.11 average daily rate on 64.7 percent occupancy, in the Downtown Indy Alliance snapshot that Bradford Allen published on March 19, 2026 and attributed to CoStar and STR. Dayuse publishes an $87.43 average for a day room across its Indianapolis listings.
