The inventory behind the design
Dellshire Resort opened 208 rooms in Wisconsin Dells in May 2026. The design account of the build comes from Architectural Design Consultants, the project architect. The opening room rates come from trade coverage of the launch.
The property is managed by Pyramid Global Hospitality and sits in its Benchmark Resorts & Hotels collection, per the operator's own opening announcement.
Serpent's Bay and its five aquatic experiences
Serpent's Bay is the resort's pool pavilion. The property's own FAQ describes it as an indoor-outdoor complex with five aquatic experiences: an indoor pool with a children's slide and splash pad, a heated indoor-outdoor pool with seating, a 21-and-over indoor-outdoor pool with access to the Scale Cove swim-up bar, a 19-person indoor hot tub at The Grotto, and a seasonal outdoor pool with a waterfall.
Loungers and tables sit throughout the pavilion. The property lists cabana rentals and locker rentals, both at a charge, and prints no price for either. The same page states the resort has no waterpark.
What a day-use buyer cannot find
The property publishes no day rate, no hourly rate, no pool pass, no gym pass and no cabana price. Its sitemap carries 76 addresses, and none of them sells access by the hour.
The resort sits inside a day-use market it does not price into. hotelSlots lists 51 Wisconsin Dells hotels ready to answer day-use requests and shows 24 cards at a time from that set. Dellshire appears twice on the first page, under 2277 Wisconsin Dells Parkway North and under 2277 Wisconsin Dells Parkway. Neither card carries a star rating.
hotelSlots publishes its own terms on the same pages. Day-use rates run 30 to 75 per cent below the nightly rate at the same hotel. The platform charges no booking fee and no commission markup, and it sells four time slots: morning from 6 a.m. to noon, afternoon from noon to 6 p.m., evening from 6 p.m. to midnight, and overnight from midnight to 6 a.m. The platform reports coverage across 46 states.
The published rate
Rooms start at $200 a night, per the opening trade coverage. The property's offer list discounts that rate. Prepay and Save takes up to 15 per cent off and requires full payment at booking. More Nights, More Wonder takes 10 per cent off a three-night stay, 15 per cent off four nights and 20 per cent off five.
A resort fee applies daily per room and covers in-room features and amenities. The FAQ names the fee and prints no figure for it. A deposit equal to the first night's stay plus resort fee and tax is charged at booking, and a $100 a night card hold is placed at check-in.
Waterpark access rides inside the room rate
Noah's Ark Splash and Stay adds one Noah's Ark wristband per guest for the length of the stay, entry to Hero's Hall arcade and Serpent's Bay, and access to the dining outlets. The package carries the promo code NOAHWTR.
Check-in begins at 4 p.m. and check-out at 11 a.m. Cancellation closes 72 hours before arrival, with a $25 fee before that point and one night's room and tax after it. Guests must be at least 21 to reserve and check in.
The clock on the property
Three features carry defined windows. Golspar, the 70-foot steel dragon at the entrance, fires every 20 minutes between 10 a.m. and 10 p.m. daily. Quiet hours run 10 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. Hero's Hall holds a two-storey, 9,000-square-foot family entertainment centre.
