Those four lines are the inventory a day-use product would rest on. The announcement publishes no square footage for the meeting and boardroom space.

The operator and the opening window
McKibbon Hospitality operates the hotel and also manages Courtyard Gainesville GA. Matt Popovich takes the general manager role and leads the pre-opening phase. The hotel welcomes guests in early 2027, and hiring events are planned to start in late 2026.
The demand set the property leans on
The announcement names Lake Lanier Olympic Park, the J. Melvin Cooper Youth Athletic Complex, the Inland Port, Northeast Georgia Medical Center and Brenau University's Pearce Auditorium. It adds Blue Ridge Mountain hiking and watersports, and local wineries.
