Two Hilton signings in Bengaluru
Hilton signed Conrad Bengaluru Airport and Hilton Bengaluru Airport with Bengaluru-based Kalyani Group, the company announced on 6 October 2026. Each hotel carries 300 guest rooms, so the cluster holds 600.
Six hundred rooms across two brands
The two hotels form one cluster complex in KIADB Hi-Tech Defence and Aerospace Park, about 20 minutes from Kempegowda International Airport. Each carries dining venues, meeting and event space and wellness facilities. Conrad positions its brand on design and curated art. Hilton Hotels & Resorts positions its brand on dining and on meetings and events for business and leisure travellers. Hilton calls Bengaluru its largest market in India by number of hotels.
The event space in the cluster
The complex carries more than 72,000 square feet of event space. Hilton states that the inventory suits large conferences, corporate gatherings and social events, and it calls the market one of India's fast-growing destinations for that business.
2030 and no booking window
Hilton expects both hotels to open in 2030. The release dates no month within 2030, publishes no development cost, no rate position and no booking window, and it names no operator for either property.
The second Conrad and the fourth Hilton
Hilton states that the signing brings a second Conrad and a fourth Hilton-branded hotel to Bengaluru. Conrad trades in Bengaluru and Pune, with Conrad Jaipur under development. Hilton Hotels & Resorts lists eight properties in India across Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Gurugram, Jaipur and Goa, with another 11 under development.
Kalyani Group returns to Hilton
The agreement repeats a partnership between the two companies. The pair opened DoubleTree by Hilton Bengaluru Whitefield in 2024. Kalyani Developers is part of the Bengaluru-based Kalyani Group.
What both sides said
Alan Watts, president for Asia Pacific at Hilton, said the signing reflects the company's confidence in Bengaluru and supports its ambition to pass 400 hotels in India over the next decade. Mohan Raju, managing director of Kalyani Developers, tied the deal to the group's earlier DoubleTree project and to demand for hospitality in the city. Priyanka M Raju and Rohan M Raju, directors of Kalyani Developers, described the site by its two brands under one destination.
Who attended the signing
Hilton published a signing photograph naming Anthony Huang, senior general manager for hospitality at Kalyani Developers; Jacob Purackal, vice president for development in South Asia at Hilton; Alan Watts; Katherine Lugar, executive vice president for corporate affairs at Hilton; Roopa Raju, director at Kalyani Developers; Laura Fuentes, executive vice president and chief human resources officer for Hilton Supply Management; Zubin Saxena, senior vice president and regional head for South Asia at Hilton; and Priyanka M Raju and Rohan M Raju of Kalyani Developers.
The release's own question-and-answer block
The announcement carries a question-and-answer block that restates the combined room count, the park location, the 2030 opening, the Kalyani Group partnership and the 300-room split for each brand. Hilton trades on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker HLT.
