A culinary programme for a December debut
Signia Hilton Indianapolis announced its restaurant and bar line-up on 6 October 2026, ahead of the hotel's December opening. The property carries 803 rooms on the Georgia Street pedestrian promenade in downtown Indianapolis, and skywalk links connect it to the Indiana Convention Center and Lucas Oil Stadium.
Dwayne Krisko and Kyle Wright lead the kitchens
Hilton named Dwayne Krisko executive chef and Kyle Wright director of food and beverage. Krisko brings more than 20 years of kitchen experience across Europe, the Middle East, Asia and North America. He arrives from Hilton Rijeka Costabella Beach Resort & Spa in Croatia, the home of the Michelin-starred restaurant Nebo. His earlier posts include Conrad Maldives Rangali Island and properties in Doha, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Beirut, Hampshire and Miami. He graduated from the Pennsylvania Culinary Academy's Le Cordon Bleu culinary arts and hospitality programme.
Wright leads the restaurants, bars, catering and event operations. He joined the hotel from DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Washington DC - Crystal City and Embassy Suites by Hilton Crystal City National Airport, where he was complex director of food and beverage. He has also held roles at Hilton Orlando, New York Hilton Midtown, Millennium Hilton New York Downtown and Conrad New York Downtown.
Torchlight on the 38th floor
Torchlight occupies the 38th floor as a two-storey rooftop cocktail lounge. The name references the torch at the centre of the Indiana state flag. The venue pairs cocktails, spirits and shareable plates, and it carries a mezzanine lounge and an outdoor terrace for private events and receptions. The cocktail list is in development with Devon Tarby, a beverage consultant and co-founder of Gin & Luck, the hospitality group behind Death & Co.
Rosewater's opens to the promenade
Rosewater's serves as the lobby bar and opens onto the Georgia Street promenade. The room carries large-screen televisions for sporting events and a selection of regional corn-based spirits with bar snacks.
Heartwood, Slipstream and Club Signia
Heartwood opens for breakfast and lunch, and it expands to all-day dining in the spring. The modern American grill takes its name from the sycamore, Indiana's state tree, and it serves familiar dishes. Gathering spaces run along the restaurant's perimeter for semi-private events.
Slipstream combines a café, an espresso bar and a market. The concept follows the city's racing heritage and serves coffee, pastries, sandwiches, salads and grab-and-go items through the day.
Club Signia carries a lounge with dedicated service, breakfast, refreshments and evening cocktails alongside premium amenities. Hilton's in-house food and beverage consultancy, StiR Creative Collective, built the programme. StiR's earlier work includes Leonessa at Conrad New York Downtown and the culinary collection at Signia by Hilton Atlanta.
Deck on 5 and the seasonal roof
Deck on 5 is the seasonal rooftop pool deck. It carries skyline views, lounge seating and private cabanas, and in the evening it becomes an open-air venue for receptions and private gatherings.
Modern Indiana Table for the gathering spaces
The hotel applies the kitchen programme to nearly 100,000 square feet of gathering space through Modern Indiana Table, a catering collection drawn from Indiana's farms, orchards, creameries, smokehouses and distilleries. Event add-ons include a Cocktail Lab for a Hoosier Old Fashioned, an Indiana whiskey tasting, chef-attended stations, wellness-focused breakfasts and plated dinners. Meeting breaks include Indiana State Fair items such as tenderloin sliders, corn fritters and craft root beer floats, and an Indiana Creamery Break with artisan cheeses, honeycomb, preserves and sweets.
The atrium at the centre of the hotel
A triple-height atrium connects reception, lounges, dining and event space. Its centrepiece is an abstract architectural reading of an oil barrel, a reference to the city's industrial and motorsport heritage.
What the release leaves open on the dining side
The release counts seven signature concepts and names six: Torchlight, Rosewater's, Heartwood, Slipstream, Deck on 5 and Club Signia. A third-party upscale dining destination follows in summer 2027. The release carries no outlet opening date for Deck on 5 beyond its seasonal framing.
