A 125-room opening in Pinnacle Hills
Coury Hospitality announced the opening of Hotel Vin Rogers, Autograph Collection with a release dated 15 September 2026. Hotel Online published the release at 17:03 UTC that day, and LODGING Magazine published the same text on 14 September 2026. The hotel holds 125 rooms across six floors at 5501 W. Madison Ave., Rogers, Arkansas 72758, in the Pinnacle Hills district. Talk Business & Politics reported the site along Northgate Road at groundbreaking. Great Lakes Capital of South Bend, Indiana, and Coury Hospitality of Dallas developed the project together.
The amenity set a day-use operator would sell
The release lists an outdoor pool and private cabanas beside WineYard, the outdoor wine space. It calls the pool the first and only pool at a luxury lifestyle property in the area. LODGING Magazine's version of the same sentence stops at the cabanas.
The property's own pages repeat the offer. The FAQ describes a resort-style outdoor pool with private cabanas. The amenities page lists the outdoor pool and a fitness center with cardio and weight machines, and describes the pool twice: one block reads "Relax in our outdoor pool," and another reads "our rooftop pool offers a rejuvenating retreat at Hotel Vin Rogers."
No day-use product on any page
No page the property publishes carries a day-use rate, an hourly rate, a daytime room, a pool pass, a gym pass or a cabana rental price. That absence holds across the home page, the rooms pages, the amenities page, the offers page, the FAQ set and the meetings page.
The offers page carries two packages. The Grand Opening Offer routes a guest through "Deals & Packages" to book the Member Opening Discount. The Taste of Bacchus package sells a $50 food credit per day at Bacchus Kitchen & Bar for $40, with complimentary parking; the offer covers food only, and alcohol, tax, gratuity and unused credit sit outside it. Neither package prices an amenity by the hour.
The meeting inventory
The release states more than 10,000 square feet of flexible meeting and event space plus indoor and outdoor wedding venues. The property's meetings page states event venues totaling over 12,000 square feet, and names three: the Bordeaux Ballroom at 5,000 square feet, the Tuscany Ballroom at 2,000 and the WineYard venue at 5,000. Those three sum to 12,000 square feet. The Bordeaux and Tuscany ballrooms each divide into two sections.
The room mix
Four room categories carry published sizes on the property's rooms page. The Deluxe King measures 361 square feet for two guests, the Deluxe Double Queen 401 square feet for four, the Executive King 462 square feet for two, and the Presidential Suite 1,248 square feet. The home page names the 361-square-foot room Standard King and the 462-square-foot room Deluxe Room, while the rooms page names them Deluxe King and Executive King.
Coury's flagship Vin in Grapevine, Texas holds 120 rooms. The release calls Vin Rogers the newest addition to the collection.
From groundbreaking to keys
Talk Business & Politics reported the groundbreaking on 16 October 2024. The project carried a cost of more than $72 million, 125 rooms, an Autograph Collection brand, a restaurant, a rooftop bar, a pool and meeting space. The name then was Hotel Vin Pinnacle Hills. Construction was expected to take about 18 months with a spring 2026 opening.
Great Lakes Capital is developing a 304-unit multifamily project on 8.2 acres across the street, inside the $110 million Plaza at Pinnacle Hills.
What the release leaves out
The release states no opening date beyond its dateline, no room rate, no cost, no address and no day-use product. Talk Business & Politics carries the cost. The property's own pages carry the address. The day-use absence sits with the operator.
The property's calendar lists two dated events at the address. Somm Smackdown, a Battle of the Master Sommeliers, runs on 8 October 2026, and a Tour de Vino wine dinner runs on 12 November 2026. Both carry the Food & Dining category.
