The venue's own event page carries a second reading of the morning. It prints a 6:45 a.m. ticket office, a 7:00 a.m. North Gate and a 7:00 a.m. prelims start.
The Saturday window a day-use room fits
The organiser's participation list, last updated 24 September 2026, names 92 bands and gives every performance time in Eastern time. Sixty bands hold Friday slots and 32 hold Saturday slots. Ball State University performs in exhibition at 3:15 p.m. Saturday.
Saturday's published break runs from the 4:00 p.m. stadium clearing to the 6:00 p.m. gate reopening. Concessions close for that window and the organiser routes student meals to the designated Picnic Area. A spectator holding both Saturday sessions leaves the building for two hours.
The Saturday daytime window is long. Preliminary competition runs 7:00 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. inside the stadium, and the gates open half an hour before the first band.
