Two runs on one ten-day span
The Ford 72nd Annual Indianapolis Boat, Sport & Travel Show runs Friday 19 February 2027 to Sunday 28 February 2027 at the Indiana State Fairgrounds & Event Center, 1202 E. 38th St. The organiser's hours block splits the span into two runs. Run one runs Friday 19 to Sunday 21. Run two runs Wednesday 24 to Sunday 28. Monday 22 and Tuesday 23 carry no public hours.
Friday 19 opens at 1 p.m. and closes at 8 p.m. Saturday 20 opens at 10 a.m. and closes at 8 p.m. Sunday 21 opens at 10 a.m. and closes at 5 p.m. Wednesday 24 and Thursday 25 open at noon and close at 7 p.m. Friday 26 opens at noon and closes at 8 p.m. Saturday 27 opens at 10 a.m. and closes at 8 p.m. Sunday 28 opens at 10 a.m. and closes at 5 p.m.
The window each day gives a daytime slot
The eight sessions hold 63 hours on the floor. Saturday 20 and Saturday 27 each hold ten hours between door and close. Friday 26 holds eight. The other five days hold seven hours each.
The two runs sit 67 hours apart. Sunday 21 closes at 5 p.m. and Wednesday 24 opens at noon. Run one carries 24 of the 63 floor hours. Run two carries 39.
Between the doors
The show occupies four buildings: the Blue Ribbon Pavilion, the Champions Pavilion, the Corteva Coliseum and the West Pavilion. The venue's event page reads over 700,000 square feet of exhibit space. The organiser's hub page reads over 750,000.
Parking costs $10 a vehicle at Gates 1, 2, 5 and 6, in cash or by card. Shuttles run Saturdays and Sundays only. The organiser's map legend prints the same restriction as "Shuttle Stop Sat-Sun Only". Four of the eight public days carry the service.
A two-day ticket costs $26 and covers the boat show, the Indiana Motorcycle & Powersports Expo and the Indiana Deer, Turkey & Waterfowl Expo, with one entrant scan a day. Box office admission carries a 2026 pricing stamp: $16 an adult, $10 a child aged 6 to 12, and free for children aged 5 and under.

The organiser's lodging page lists five host properties at $89.00 to $136.00 plus tax across king and two-queen room types. Every guaranteed-until date on the list reads 2026. No 2027 rate sits on the page.
The on-grounds option is the campground at 1202 E. 38th St., with 50 sites at $45.00 a night plus 7 percent sales tax and a $2.50 booking fee. February gives electrical hook-up alone. The venue's camping page dates full hook-up to April through October and shuts water and sewer for the winter.
