Ten Straight Days Of Daytime Demand
The Indianapolis Home Show runs ten consecutive days at the Indiana State Fairgrounds, Friday 15 January through Sunday 24 January 2027. Doors open at 10 a.m. every day. The floor closes at 8 p.m. on the four Friday and Saturday dates, at 7 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and at 5 p.m. on both Sundays.
An attendee day at this show runs seven hours at the shortest and ten hours at the longest. Every one of those ten days sits inside a single daytime block. No dark day separates them.
The show prints no attendance forecast. The organiser counts more than 400 booths across Expo Hall and the West Pavilion at 1202 East 38th Street.
What The Market Prices For A Daytime Block

The show publishes no block rate and no overnight rate for the run. The two properties it names sit in the Castleton cluster, 6.94 and 6.81 miles straight-line from 1202 East 38th Street. Neither listing carries a rate. The one accommodation the show prices is its own RV campground at $40 plus tax per day with a hook-up.
The Clock And The Charge Behind A Day Booking
The venue charges $10 per vehicle per day for parking, paid in cash or by card. Its parking areas are the Fairgrounds Infield, the South Lot on 38th Street and the Indiana School for the Deaf lot on 42nd Street. The South Lot and the School for the Deaf lot close at 7:30 p.m. That is also the hour the Monday-to-Thursday floor closes.
Four of the ten days change the admission term. Hero Day on Friday 15 January carries free admission and free parking. Teacher Day on Sunday 17 January carries free admission. Senior Day on Tuesday 19 January prices admission at $5 and sells no online ticket for that day. The 5 After 5 offer prices admission at $5 after 5 p.m. from Monday 18 to Thursday 21 January.
The Campground Window
The Fairgrounds campground runs electric-only hook-ups from November through March, and the dump station closes in that window. Check-in runs 1 p.m. to 7 p.m., arrivals after 7 p.m. are still assisted, and check-out is noon. Monon campground arrivals enter at Gate 6 off Fall Creek Parkway. A January stay here buys an electric-only site at $40 plus tax per day, and the venue requires the reservation before arrival.
