The Christmas Gift + Hobby Show runs Wednesday 11 November to Sunday 15 November 2026 in the West Pavilion at the Indiana State Fairgrounds & Event Center, 1202 E. 38th St., Indianapolis. Doors open at 10 a.m. on all five days. Wednesday and Thursday close at 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday close at 8 p.m. Sunday closes at 5 p.m. A day-slot that matches the session runs 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on the first two days, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on the next two and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on the last. The organiser's FAQ names Wednesday, Thursday and any evening as the quietest windows.

Dayuse's Indianapolis page carries an average price for a day hotel in the city of $87.43 and names Quality Inn & Suites Southport as its recommended hourly hotel. Both readings are from 25 September 2026. The page publishes no rate for the show's own dates.
The hotelSlots Indianapolis directory carries 273 hotels available and a list header reading "Showing 24 of 273", with body copy on the same page reading 123 hotels to choose from, on the same read date. The brand's own header reads 103,857-plus hotels across 46 states, up to 75 percent off nightly rates and $0 fees.
The average and the counts move between reads, so an operator quoting them carries the read date.
The overnight route the show publishes
The show's information page lists five area properties with street addresses: Comfort Inn East Indy at 2295 N. Shadeland, Staybridge Suites Indianapolis-Fishers at 9780 Crosspoint Blvd., Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton at 8980 River Crossing Blvd., Candlewood Suites Indianapolis NE at 8111 Bash Street and Hampton Inn NE Castleton at 6817 East 82nd Street. The page publishes no rate, no cut-off date and no room count for any of the five.

The venue's directions page names the Fairgrounds Infield, the South Lot on 38th Street and the Indiana School for the Deaf lot on 42nd Street, and the show's FAQ states that no shuttle service runs at the Indiana State Fairgrounds.
