LodgIQ relaunches as a hotel commercial performance platform

LodgIQ has relaunched its website and repositioned as a Hotel Commercial Performance Platform, pairing its revenue management system with a conversational AI layer. The vendor states that hospitality labor costs have outpaced RevPAR growth for three consecutive years.

LodgIQ has relaunched its corporate website and repositioned itself as a Hotel Commercial Performance Platform. The release carries a Silicon Valley dateline of 13 October 2026 on EIN Presswire, and it runs on the vendor’s own articles page. Hospitality Net carried the same copy on 13 October 2026.

The release subhead states the scope. It reads that the new website marks the company’s evolution, and that the repositioning connects AI-powered pricing, forecasting and commercial intelligence for hotel owners and operators across their portfolios.

What the platform carries

The vendor describes two products under one platform name. LodgIQ RMS sells in Standard and Advanced configurations and provides AI-powered pricing and forecasting. The Advanced configuration adds group business intelligence, room and rate code controls, and advanced pace and pickup analysis. LodgIQ Wizard is a conversational AI layer for commercial insights across departments. The release states that Wizard runs with LodgIQ RMS or with an existing third-party revenue management system.

The release states that the platform combines predictive, generative and agentic AI, and that it delivers insights without a prompt. It states that a user can question, challenge and discuss a recommendation through conversational AI.

The vendor’s C-suite page restates the pairing and names three buying routes. A hotel can take Advanced RMS with Wizard on top, Standard RMS alone, or Wizard alone as an intelligence layer beside an existing or brand-mandated RMS.

The cost claim in the release

The release states that hospitality labor costs have outpaced RevPAR growth for three consecutive years. It cites no dataset for that span.

Three independent reports carry the same direction. The 2025 Hotel Labor Costs and Trends report from HotelData.com, released through PR Newswire on 12 March 2026, records wage cost per occupied room rising 12.8% over the year to $48.32 from $42.82. The same report records hotel labor cost per hour rising 8.0% and wage cost per occupied room rising 21.1% in the fourth quarter against the last quarter of 2024. The 2026 State of the Industry report from AHLA, published 27 January 2026, records nearly $128 billion paid in wages and benefits in 2025 and a projection approaching $131 billion in 2026. It records rising operating expenses holding gross operating profit per available room at roughly 90% of the 2019 level. The February 2026 forecast read from CoStar puts 2026 US RevPAR growth at 0.6% and records a RevPAR decline of 0.3% for 2025.

What LodgIQ says the platform does for margin

The release ties the repositioning to margin. It states that for owners and asset managers, delayed decisions, missed revenue opportunities and limited portfolio visibility can directly affect profitability and net operating income. It states that the platform gives those owners and asset managers clearer visibility into individual property performance, and that commercial teams spend less time analysing data and more time acting on revenue opportunities.

Mark Charlinski, President and Chief Commercial Officer of LodgIQ, is quoted twice. He states that hotel owners invest in stronger returns, and that profitability depends on connecting the people and decisions across the business.

The vendor announced his appointment to that role on its own articles page on 9 June 2026. That June release describes the company’s product as its Revenue Operations Platform. The October release uses the Hotel Commercial Performance Platform label.

The vendor’s own product pages

The relaunched site carries the new positioning. The homepage heading reads “Commercial Performance Platform for Hotel Teams”, and that phrase appears five times on the page. The page states that the platform is designed for small and mid-sized hotel portfolios of typically 2 to 100 properties. It publishes an illustrative morning brief under the heading Daily Glimpse, with example RevPAR, ADR and occupancy figures and example rate actions carrying expected dollar values.

The homepage reports customer outcomes under a Proof from hotel teams heading. It reports double-digit RevPAR growth for the Refinery Hotel, attributes that hotel to Highgate Hotels, and describes the item as a published case study. It carries a quote from Alexis Warburton, VP Revenue and Distribution at Highgate Hotels. The page’s own meta description reads “Trusted by 550+ hotel brands”, an issuer figure with no independent corroboration.

The about page states that the platform is up and running in weeks and configurable for owners, GMs and revenue specialists.

The product label moves across the vendor’s own pages. The release calls Wizard a conversational AI layer. The site footer calls it “The Commercial Operating System”. The homepage browser title still reads “RMS and Commercial Strategy Platform for Hotels | LodgIQ”. The site navigation points its Leadership link at the about page’s team anchor.

What the release leaves open

The release publishes no price, no named launch customer, no go-live date and no adoption figure. Neither the release nor the vendor’s own product pages name a day rate, an hourly rate or a minimum stay for any property.
