Hoxell relaunches its identity in Rimini
Hoxell presented a new brand identity in Rimini on 13 October 2026. The company published the announcement on its own blog the same day. The debut ran at Hospitality Day at the Palacongressi di Rimini. Hoxell then took the identity to TTG Travel Experience at the Rimini Expo Centre from 14 to 16 October.
The company states the two events carry the identity into one week of the Italian trade calendar. Hospitality Day and TTG Travel Experience bring hoteliers, managers, suppliers and technology companies together at the same venue.
From single tasks to the centre of operations
Hoxell describes the change as deeper than visual language. The release states the company moves from a platform for managing individual tasks to the central system of operations. Hoxell calls the destination the digital heart of operations and a single source of truth.
The release frames the market this way. Departments run different tools, procedures and sources of information. Hoxell positions itself as the layer that gathers those signals, makes them understandable and turns them into coordinated tasks.
The release also addresses the property management system. It states that the PMS has held the centre of the hotel technology ecosystem for decades and that its role remains essential. The new layer sits beside it to connect information and turn that information into action.
The departments the vendor names
Hoxell's Quality Operations product page lists five areas: Management, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Front Office and Food and Beverage. The page states the platform improves the operations of every area of a facility.
The release states the rebrand moves Hoxell past any reading limited to housekeeping or to a single function. It names the property types the platform adapts to: independent hotels, hotel groups, healthcare facilities, campsites, holiday resorts and university campuses.
The research behind the positioning ran in 2026. The release states it drew on interviews with chief executives, general managers, department heads, IT coordinators and representatives of hotels, healthcare facilities and holiday resorts.
Tagline, mark and a live label split
The new tagline is “Clarity in operation”. The release states it replaces “Excellence in hospitality”.
The bird that has accompanied the brand since 2019 now sits inside the “O” of the name. The release states the “O” stands for Operations and that the redesign keeps the bird, the blue, the orange and the brand's character.
Hoxell's homepage title reads “Hospitality Operations Platform | Hoxell | Excellence in hospitality”. The phrase “Clarity in operation” sits on the release and on no part of that page.
Agentic AI as a stated next phase
The release places agentic AI in the next phase of the product. It states that agentic AI will play an increasingly active role in the day-to-day running of a property, interpret information, flag what is happening and suggest actions.
The first step the release names is a dashboard divided into areas. Dedicated agents in each area would show in real time how the property is performing and would carry recommendations with their context. The second step is room assignment. Each hotel would hold a dedicated prompt built on its own rules, room characteristics and departmental habits.
Hoxell attaches one limit to the direction. The release states the goal does not include replacing human judgement. The stated aim is a more complete and reliable view for the people who decide.
Scale figures, attributed to the vendor
Hoxell publishes its size in two places. The homepage reads “Among the more than 500 facilities that have selected us, 98% continue to stay with Hoxell in the long run”. The About page reads more than 500 customers worldwide. A statistics strip on the homepage lists a 98% customer retention rate, 2 million rooms cleaned, 181,000 quality assurance checks and 1 million guest interactions.
The company gives two addresses. Hoxell SA holds its legal headquarters at Via Tomaso Rodari 2, 6900 Lugano, Switzerland, and its operational headquarters at Piazza Boffalora 4, 6830 Chiasso, Switzerland.
What the release leaves open
The release publishes no price, no customer named against the new identity, no date for the agentic dashboard and no date for the room-assignment agent. It states that the rollout continues in international markets over the coming months.
Neither the release nor the vendor's own product pages name a day rate, an hourly rate or a minimum stay for any property.
