Reservations Open for an Early 2027 Debut
Outbound Hotels has opened reservations for Outbound Park City, a 180-room retreat on 4.5 acres. The release, datelined Park City, Utah, on October 6, 2026, puts the opening in early 2027 and states that the official date will be announced later.
Bookings are open for stays beginning April 1, 2027.
A 180-Room Retreat at 1800 Park Avenue
The hotel stands at 1800 Park Avenue in Park City, Utah 84060. The site covers 4.5 acres, and the guest rooms look toward the Wasatch Mountains.
Published coverage identifies the property as the former DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Park City - The Yarrow. The January 2026 announcement of the project and Hotel Dive gave 182 guestrooms. The October release and the Park Record give 180.
Waterton and Outbound Hotels on the Project

The Gettys Group continues its design partnership with Outbound Hotels on the project. The release describes interiors built on natural textures and layered warmth, with refreshed rooms that add built-in storage and gear-ready layouts.

Two Courtyards and Two Restaurants

Billy & Co is a modern mountain diner serving all-day classics in a casual setting. June Bar serves structured cocktails alongside a broader list.

The Summit Club offer pairs up to 20 percent off the best available rate with a welcome drink and an opening credit on eligible purchases. It covers stays from April 1 through May 31, 2027. The same site lists a Third Night Free rate at 33 percent off eligible three-night stays and a Utah Neighbor rate at up to 20 percent off for residents.
Meeting Space
The property carries more than 11,000 square feet of meeting and prefunction facilities for meetings, celebrations and other occasions. The first-party site names a 5,000-plus-square-foot ballroom within that total, alongside indoor and outdoor venues.
