Delano's Italy debut lands in Monopoli
Ennismore signed Delano Puglia on 29 September 2026. The resort opens in 2028 in Monopoli, on Puglia's Adriatic shoreline. It is the Delano brand's first property in Italy.
The release counts 76 guestrooms with 13 suites. The suites face the water.
What the property carries
The food and drink set runs to an all-day speciality restaurant by Paris Society, two pool bars, a lobby lounge and a reimagining of Miami's Rose Bar.
Wellness sits under The Source by Delano, with pools, movement spaces and programming. The resort adds flexible indoor and outdoor event spaces, curated retail and an exclusive membership programme.
The parties behind the opening
Ennismore negotiated the agreement with LIMM and Societa Rinascimento Valori. LIMM S.r.l. is a construction company led by Mario, Vito and Pasquale Liuzzi. Societa Rinascimento Valori S.r.l. is led by Marco Stoppelli, and the firm advised LIMM in the negotiations and manages the refurbishment of the buildings. LCA advised LIMM on the legal negotiation.
The platform the property sits on
Ennismore counts 14 hotel brands, more than 190 hotels, more than 150 properties in the pipeline and more than 30 branded residences across more than 40 countries. Paris Society runs more than 90 venues, and the group counts more than 700 restaurant and bar concepts. The figures date to the end of June 2026.
Phil Zrihen, deputy group CEO of Ennismore, said the brand's arrival in Puglia continues a philosophy of ease, elegance and cultural relevance. Vito Liuzzi, CEO of LIMM, said the project revitalises a part of Monopoli and opens a resort for residents and visitors.
What the release does not carry
The release states no development cost, no per-key figure, no room rate, no opening month inside 2028, no architect and no general contractor.
