Hyatt Centric Fisherman's Wharf San Francisco announced the completion of a multi-million dollar, multi-phase renovation on 15 April 2026. The release covers 316 guest rooms and more than 19,000 square feet of meeting space. It names two daytime assets: a heated outdoor pool and a dedicated poolside yoga space.
Cvent's venue record for the property lists it as built in 1990 and renovated in 2026. The record gives 316 guest rooms, 12 meeting rooms, a largest room of 6,696 square feet and a second largest of 3,290 square feet. Under recreational activities it lists an outdoor pool, a whirlpool and a health club.
Sage Hospitality Group took over management on 11 February 2025, reported by LODGING. Its announcement names a 24-hour fitness facility and the outdoor heated pool alongside the meeting space.

For 2027 the association projects 25 million visitors, $10.6 billion in spending, occupancy of 72.1 percent, an average daily rate of $271.43 and revenue per available room of $195.61, against 33 events and more than 640,000 room nights at Moscone.
