Avalora Completes a PMS-PBX Integration With TigerTMS iLink

Avalora Completes a Direct PMS-PBX Integration With TigerTMS iLink

Avalora has completed a direct PMS-PBX integration of its Cloud PBX with iLink by TigerTMS. The two hospitality technology vendors announced the completion on 7 October 2026 from Auburn, California. Avalora sells cloud communications to hotels. TigerTMS supplies iLink, the middleware platform hotels run between the property management system and the systems around it.

The integration lets a hotel update its property management system with guest details through the compatible interface. The release names four data exchanges. They are guest names, external calling permissions, voicemail and messaging, and housekeeping status.

The Four Data Exchanges

Guest names reach the property management system, so staff read the record without a second lookup. External calling permissions set which rooms can dial outside the property. The front desk applies that control at check-in. Voicemail and messaging pass between the phone platform and the hotel record. Housekeeping status moves room condition between the two systems.

Those four fields sit inside the release. No third party has published a test of the specific Cloud PBX to iLink interface. Neither vendor names a certification document for it.

Avalora Cloud PBX

Avalora describes Cloud PBX as a fully managed cloud phone system built for the hospitality industry. The release states that it connects guest rooms, front desks, reservations teams, staff and common areas. The release states that it lowers infrastructure and operating costs and reduces the technology burden for a single property and for a multi-property portfolio. The release states that the platform supports PMS-PBX integration to over 100 property management systems through direct interfaces.

Avalora's own product page states that a new-build deployment removes traditional on-premises PBX hardware. The same page states that an existing hotel or conversion can keep its guest room phones and wiring where appropriate. Avalora sells Cloud PBX on its own and alongside VAIA, its agentic AI assistant.

TigerTMS iLink

TigerTMS describes iLink as a single integration platform. The release states that it gives hotels connectivity for every leading PMS, TV system and guest-services solution, plus more than 250 leading hotel systems. The release states that the connectivity is open and scalable. A hotel chooses the applications it wants on the property and connects them through the platform.

TigerTMS's own pages report higher counts at this desk's read on 14 October 2026. The iLink product page reads 275+ certified systems connected. The integrations page lists 286 systems in its live library, and 111 of those sit in the Property Management category. The link text on the same page reads Browse 108 PMS integrations. The release's 250-plus figure stands as a floor against the vendor's own counts.

Both vendors state their scale. TigerTMS reports 10,000+ hotels worldwide, more than 40 years in hospitality technology, and offices in the USA, the UK, Germany and Dubai. TigerTMS joined Valsoft Corporation in 2023, and its site labels the company an Aspire Software Company. Avalora reports a presence across North America, the United Kingdom and Europe, with round-the-clock support.

What the Two Vendors Say

Mark Cederloff, chief executive of Avalora, states that the two products will help staff work more efficiently, keep information current and give guests a more personalized experience. He states that the integration is another step toward connected hotels that work better and smarter for guests, staff and hotel ownership. He states that TigerTMS shares Avalora's view that hotels should choose technology for the needs of the individual property.

James Slatter, managing director of TigerTMS, states that Avalora's footprint across North America, the UK and Europe makes them an ideal partner. He states that the two companies are connecting Cloud PBX and agentic AI with the systems hotels already run.

What the Release Does Not Carry

The release publishes no price, no subscription term and no availability date. It names no hotel that runs the integrated pair. It publishes no certification number and no third-party test result for the Cloud PBX to iLink interface.

Two outlets carried the announcement. Hospitality Net published it at 13:46:20 GMT on 7 October 2026. Hotel Online published it at 14:41:09 GMT the same day. Both printed the same release text. A Google News search on the vendor pair returned those two items and no further coverage. The Hospitality Net copy answered HTTP 403 to this desk's read.

The Front-Desk Read

Two of the four fields change a shift. External calling permissions decide which rooms dial out, and the front desk owns that control at check-in. Housekeeping status decides which rooms the desk can sell, and the desk reads it all day.

A property evaluating the pair can put four questions to both vendors. Which of the four fields writes to the property management system, and in which direction. Which version of the property management system the direct interface covers. What the migration does to a legacy PBX on a trading property. What the property pays per interface once iLink carries the connection.

The release answers none of the four. An operator can read the release's own field list and both vendors' integration libraries before the call.
