Duetto adds Flyr Hospitality
Duetto acquired Flyr Hospitality on 8 October 2026. The seller is Flyr, an airline-technology company. The unit Duetto bought supplies automated revenue management and business intelligence to hotels. Duetto announced the deal from San Francisco. Skift reported that neither company disclosed the price, and Duetto's own release carries no terms figure.
The pricing engine and the business intelligence tool
Two products move to Duetto. The first is a pricing engine. Duetto's release says the engine models a range of demand scenarios, improves continuously through reinforcement learning and refreshes prices in real time.
The second is a business intelligence tool. A hotelier types a question in plain language and reads a direct answer. The release says the user skips the work of interpreting a dashboard.
Flyr Hospitality's own site markets the same platform. It lists hourly pricing and restriction recommendations, an AI acceptance rate of 98% and a reporting time cut of 60%. Its portfolio dashboard shows ADR, occupancy and RevPAR.
Alex Zoghlin, Duetto's chief executive, said the company bought the unit for its technology and team. He called its pricing science and plain-language BI some of the best in the category.
Scale on both sides
Duetto's About block says it serves more than 20,000 properties worldwide. Flyr Hospitality's own site says its platform is trusted by 2,300+ properties and carries a 4.6 out of 5 rating on HotelTechReport. Duetto's release names Flyr Hospitality's strength with independent hotels and small chains as one reason for the deal.
Ennismore appears on Flyr Hospitality's home page among its customers. Skift's summary names Ennismore and Global Hotel Alliance as relationships. No Global Hotel Alliance reference appears in the served page, so this desk records Ennismore alone.
A third acquisition in under three years
Duetto bought Micerate in February 2024 and HotStats in April 2025. Skift gives both dates. PhocusWire and Hotel Management reported the HotStats deal on 9 April 2025. HotStats now sits inside the same platform, and Duetto's release names it as the source of the profit-benchmarking line.
Ownership and the seller's airline business
GrowthCurve Capital owns Duetto. The private equity firm bought the company from Warburg Pincus affiliates, a deal PhocusWire reported on 27 June 2024.
Flyr keeps its airline business. Its own site states that its offer-and-order platform powers Riyadh Air. Skift reports the company will focus on that platform. Lukas Hughes, chief product officer of Flyr Hospitality, said the two companies' product roadmaps line up.
The seller's UK filings
Skift's key-points block says the sale came two weeks after Flyr founder Alex Mans resigned as chief executive. The UK register dates the succession earlier. Companies House records show Alexander Wilhelmus Mans ceased to be a director of Prix Ltd on 8 September 2026, with Kevin Mitchell Marcus appointed the same day. The forms were filed on 16 September 2026, a month before the announcement. No independent outlet read at this desk states the date of the chief executive change.
Prix Ltd is the unit's UK entity, company 10316206, incorporated on 8 August 2016. Its last filed accounts run to 31 December 2023 and print net liabilities of GBP 9.86 million. Its next accounts, made up to 29 December 2024, were due on 29 December 2025, and the register carries an accounts-overdue warning.
What operators get, and what the release leaves open
Duetto frames the deal as a choice of product mix. Hotels can run Duetto's configurable products with hands-on control of commercial strategy. They can run Flyr Hospitality's fully automated pricing engine. Duetto's release says a hotelier can hold either configuration without switching platforms.
The release names no subscription price, no migration date and no go-live date for a named property. It states that existing customers of both companies keep their current support arrangements.
