Caretta Landing Sarasota and Coral Pointe Sarasota open together on Florida's Gulf Coast. Each keeps its own guest experience, and the two share resort-style amenities. Where the day-use inventory sits
Dayuse carries a Jacksonville city page. Its average day-room price in Jacksonville reads $97.42 on the 8 October 2026 read, with the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Jacksonville Town Center as the recommended hourly property. Dayuse carries a Colorado Springs page, where the average day-room price reads $88.97 and the Residence Inn Colorado Springs North/Air Force Academy is the recommended property.
hotelSlots lists 189 day-use hotels in Colorado Springs, two in Peru, Vermont and one in Mishicot. The Mishicot entry is Fairway Inn and Suites at 250 West Church Street, one of the six Choice openings. The platform lists 29,288 properties across the United States and prices day rooms at up to 75% off nightly rates.
Dayuse publishes day-room pages for 21 countries. It carries no Sarasota city page on this read, so no local day-room average exists for the two Florida Gulf Coast properties.
The upscale portfolio Choice reports
Choice states the upscale portfolio spans five brands: Cambria Hotels, Ascend Collection, Radisson, Radisson Blu and Radisson Individuals. The company reports more than 300 upscale hotels open across the United States and nearly 150 properties in development.
Ascend Collection opened its 500th hotel earlier in 2026. Choice Privileges covers more than 7,000 properties across 46 countries and territories. The release gives no delivery schedule for the pipeline properties.
