The day-use inventory in the host city

The show floor's 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. window on Thursday, Friday and Saturday sits inside the daytime block those platforms sell.

The citywide rate basis

The page defines those figures as par rates, the cheapest public price at the time of each search. October reads $176, seven percent above the average, and September reads $192 at 16 percent above. December is the cheapest month at $129 and March the priciest at $197, a 35 percent spread. San Francisco ranks 18 of 50 markets at 11 percent above the $148 median.

The demand backdrop for the dates

Each hotel room night drives about $900 in citywide spending per visitor. The industry supports nearly 50,000 jobs and pays $2 billion in total taxes. ADR sits at 92 percent of 2019 with a forecast of 98 percent for 2026.
