Core-Mark Expo Week: 273 Day-Use Properties in a $107 February

The Core-Mark Expo lands on 10-11 February 2027, the market's cheapest rate month at $107 a night, 16 percent under the citywide $128 average. Indianapolis lists 273 day-use properties on hotelSlots with no published show-floor clock.

A 1,500 show in the market's cheapest month

The Core-Mark Expo runs 10-11 February 2027 in Exhibit Hall J-K at the Indiana Convention Center, at a venue forecast of 1,500 attendees. Engine's Indianapolis series averages $128 a night across 1.2 million public rate observations from May 2024 to April 2026, on par rates, the cheapest publicly available price at the time of each search.

February sits at $107, the lowest month of the year and 16 percent under that average. May sits at $158, 23 percent above it, and the year's swing runs to 32 percent. The city ranks 39 of 50 major markets, 14 percent below the $148 median.

February gives a day-use seller the cheapest nightly reference in the market.

The day inventory on the shelf

The hotelSlots Indianapolis directory lists 273 hotels available, with 123 in the body copy and a card list reading 24 of 273, on a read dated 24 September 2026. The platform sells four slot windows at up to 75 percent off nightly rates, states no booking fee and no commission markup, and has the guest pay the hotel directly for the time slot.

Aloft at 136 East Market Street and Candlewood Suites Downtown Medical District head the first page. The rest of the 24 cards run airport, north-side and west-side properties.

The month the show enters

The venue's event feed returns eight dated February 2027 records at a combined 28,650 forecast. Three events share 10 February: the Indiana Health and Safety Conference & Expo closes a 7-10 February run at 850, the Indiana Green Expo closes an 8-10 February run at 2,000, and Core-Mark opens at 1,500. The three forecasts come to 4,350 on one day, 15.18 percent of the month.

WWETT Water & Wastewater Equipment, Treatment & Transport Show runs 22-25 February at 14,000, 48.87 percent of the month. The American Football Coaches Association Annual Convention runs 14-16 February at 7,000. Two events carry 21,000 between them, 73.3 percent of the month's forecast total.

Each figure is a forecast published by the venue. The Core-Mark forecast is 5.24 percent of the eight-record total.

What the week does not publish

The show floor clock is unpublished. Core-Mark's expo page carries the under-21 rule under FDA tobacco regulation and no door time or session grid. The venue's 2027 record carries the window, the hall pair and the forecast.

No block rate, no cut-off date and no named host hotel for the Core-Mark Expo are published. A day-use seller prices that week against the market's February rate and the show's two dated days.
