The booking and the forecast

The venue schedules the meeting from Wednesday 27 January to Friday 29 January 2027 in Indianapolis. The 2,000 is the venue's own forecast attendance figure. No confirmed room pickup and no registration total are published.

A meeting badge covers the working day. Dayuse publishes an average day-room price of $87.43 in Indianapolis, with up to 75 percent off an overnight stay and payment at the hotel.
hotelSlots.org sells rooms in four slots on its home page: morning 6AM-12PM, afternoon 12PM-6PM, evening 6PM-12AM and overnight 12AM-6AM. Combine slots for full-day coverage. Its day-use page puts its rates at 40 to 60 percent below an overnight stay, and its home page puts them at 30 to 75 percent. The platform states no booking fee.
Engine publishes an Indianapolis par rate of $128 a night across 1.2 million public rate observations from May 2024 to April 2026. Its month table puts January at $114 and February at $107. Engine states those are the cheapest publicly posted prices at the time of each search and not negotiated or booked rates.

The 2,000 is a forecast. The occupancy and rate movement it produces will be measured after the meeting closes, and no publisher has issued that measurement.
