The published window

The Indiana Convention Center forecasts 850 delegates for the Indiana Health and Safety Conference and Expo. The Indiana Chamber of Commerce runs the event. Its registration page dates the conference February 8 to 10, 2027. The venue's own record opens the event on February 7, 2027 and closes it on February 10.

February 7 is a Sunday, February 8 a Monday, February 9 a Tuesday and February 10 a Wednesday. Every published night sits inside the working week.

The one-day expo and its daytime block

The Safety Expo runs Tuesday February 9 from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. That is 8.5 hours of floor time on one day. The Magid Innovation Lounge and the Well-Being Resource Hub run in Hall H across the same 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. window. Chair massages run in Hall H from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., and charging stations sit near the registration desk.

The Welcome Reception and Expo Preview runs Monday February 8 from 4:30 to 6 p.m. in Hall H. The Networking Reception runs Tuesday February 9 from 5 to 6 p.m. in the 500 Ballroom Reception Room. Both sit inside a daytime band.

Visit Indy's hall table measures Hall H at 74,400 square feet, 7,028 theatre seats, 4,600 banquet seats and 373 booths of 10 by 10. At 850 delegates that is 87.5 square feet per attendee.

Where a day-use window sits

hotelSlots sells rooms in four slots: morning 6AM-12PM, afternoon 12PM-6PM, evening 6PM-12AM and overnight 12AM-6AM, and it allows multiple slots to be combined. Its Indianapolis directory publishes 273 hotels available, body copy offering 123 hotels to choose from and a first page reading Showing 24 of 273. The platform states rates at up to 75 percent below the nightly rate and lists no booking fee. Read 24 September 2026.

Dayuse publishes an average day-room price of $87.43 for Indianapolis, with up to 75 percent off an overnight stay, free cancellation until the last minute and payment at the hotel. Read 24 September 2026.

The nightly rate behind the discount

Engine publishes an Indianapolis average of $128 a night across 1.2 million public rate observations from May 2024 to April 2026. Its month table reads $114 in January, $107 in February and $158 in May, a 32 percent swing across the year. Engine states those are par rates, the cheapest publicly posted price at the time of each search. Read 24 September 2026.

The base behind the slots

The venue footer counts 7,100 hotel rooms in downtown Indianapolis and 4,700 rooms connected to the Center by skywalk. Visit Indy's connected roster puts the Hyatt Regency Indianapolis at 499 sleeping rooms and 35,000 square feet of meeting space, and totals 12 hotels and 5,200 connected rooms.

Three nights at 850 delegates come to 2,550 room nights, or 35.92 percent of the downtown base. Two nights come to 1,700 room nights, or 23.94 percent. Both are arithmetic on the venue's forecast.

The week around the expo day

The venue's event feed returns 14 records between January 20 and February 28, 2027. The Indiana Green Expo runs February 8 to 10 and shares all three midweek nights. The Core-Mark Expo runs February 10 to 11 and opens on the group's checkout day. The Henry Schein National Sales Meeting runs February 2 to 4.

What the record leaves unpublished

The venue publishes a forecast, a hall and a door time. It publishes no block, no contracted rate and no cut-off date, and the organiser's pages carry no Sunday session or Sunday function. Those gaps decide how a daytime slot is priced against the Tuesday.
