Engine publishes an Indianapolis par rate of $128 a night across 1.2 million public rate observations from May 2024 to April 2026. Its month table puts January at $114 and February at $107, the year's low, against a May peak of $158. Engine states those are the cheapest publicly posted prices at the time of each search. The venue's event feed for 20 January to 28 February 2027 returns 14 records, six in January and eight in February. The Indianapolis Royal Weekend runs 31 January. This meeting holds 2 to 4 February.
