104 suites open on Chenal Parkway
Hotel Equities has opened the Home2 Suites by Hilton Little Rock West Chenal Parkway, a 104-suite hotel in Little Rock, Arkansas. Pinnacle Hotel Group developed the property. McCain Lodging owns it.
The hotel opened on 9 September 2026 at 18028 Chenal Parkway, inside the Crossroads at Chenal development. It sits directly across from the shopping and dining at the Promenade at Chenal, near the area’s financial and medical employers.
Suites with full kitchens and a saltwater pool
Each of the 104 suites carries a full kitchen. The property also holds a patio with fire pits, grills and a putting green, an outdoor saltwater pool, a sunlit meeting room and a complimentary hot breakfast buffet.
Pleasant Valley Country Club and Pinnacle Mountain State Park both sit within six miles of the address.
The build team
Pinnacle Hotel Group led the development with contractor Integrity Construction, architect Sid Parekh, designer Apex Procurement and lender Relyance Bank.
“Little Rock’s west side has outpaced its hotel supply for years, emerging as one of the city’s fastest-growing areas,” said Chet Patel, a principal of Pinnacle Hotel Group. “Home2 Suites is a proven, owner-friendly brand for this corridor, and Hotel Equities has the operating expertise to bring it to market efficiently.”
Patel leads Pinnacle Hotel Group with fellow principals Rocky Govind, Shawn Govind and Nick Nagin.
The operator-developer partnership
Hotel Equities manages the hotel under the partnership the two companies announced in March 2025 and made effective 1 May 2025. Under the agreement Pinnacle folded its portfolio and its development pipeline into the Hotel Equities platform. Hotel Dive reported that 12 Pinnacle-owned properties under Marriott, Hilton and IHG brands joined the Hotel Equities management portfolio on that date.
“Home2 Suites continues to be one of the fastest-growing focused-service brands in the industry, and our partnership with Pinnacle Hotel Group and McCain Lodging shows what’s possible when an experienced developer and owner align with the right brand and the right operator,” said Greg O’Stean, chief development officer of Hotel Equities.
Hotel Equities operates more than one dozen Home2 Suites by Hilton properties across its management portfolio.
The corridor around the hotel
The Crossroads at Chenal development mixes four sit-down restaurants or entertainment venues with quick-service restaurants, medical offices and retail. Hotel Equities describes Little Rock’s west side as a corridor drawing sustained investment in healthcare, finance and retail, and it positions the hotel for a mix of business and leisure travel.
