Three Midweek February Events Land on Indianapolis's Day-Use Shelf

Indianapolis lists 273 hotels on the day-use platform for a three-day February week that carries three venue forecasts, led by the Indiana Green Expo at 2,000.

The Indianapolis Day-Use Shelf

hotelslots.org lists 273 hotels in its day-use directory for Indianapolis and names 123 of them in its body copy, with 24 cards on the first page. The read carries the date 24 September 2026.

The platform sells four slots: morning, afternoon, evening and overnight. It states that day-use prices run 30-75% below nightly rates, with no commission and no obligation, across a stated 103,857 hotels.

The February Week Behind the Demand

The Indiana Convention Center posts a forecast attendance of 2,000 for the Indiana Green Expo on 8 to 10 February 2027. The window runs Monday to Wednesday. The venue gives downtown Indianapolis 7,100 hotel rooms and 4,700 rooms connected to the centre by skywalk.

Two other events sit inside the same three days on the venue's own record. The Indiana Health and Safety Conference and Expo runs 7 to 10 February with a forecast of 850. The Core-Mark Expo runs 10 to 11 February with 1,500. The Economic Club of Indiana luncheon follows on 12 February with 300.

The venue's event feed carries 14 records between 20 January and 28 February 2027. Each record carries a forecast attendance line in its description field.

The Rates the Week Sits Against

Engine puts the Indianapolis average at $128 a night across 1.2 million public rate observations from May 2024 to April 2026. February averages $107, which is 16% below the city average, and May averages $158, which is 23% above it. The city ranks 39 of 50 markets and sits 14% below the $148 median.

The table measures par rates, the cheapest public price at the time of each search, observed 10 to 180 days before check-in. February gives the lowest monthly average in the series.

The Hall the Show Floor Fills

The organiser's 2026 exhibitor page places the trade show in Hall D at the Indiana Convention Center, with 150-plus exhibitors and over 2,000 visitors for that cycle. The venue's facility guide gives Hall D 46,800 square feet and 205 booths of 10 by 10, and Hall F 52,000 square feet and 248 booths.

At the 2,000 forecast, Hall D carries 23.4 square feet per attendee and Hall F carries 26. No page in the organiser's set or the venue's set names a hall for 2027.

The Day-Use Record for the Week

The expo's own pages publish no day-use rate, no day-use inventory and no hourly window. The 2026 trade show hours run 9:30 am to 5:00 pm on the Tuesday and 9:00 am to 1:00 pm on the Wednesday.

Three events with published forecasts share the three days, against a published downtown base of 7,100 rooms.
