Three windows across 24.5 hours
Functional Fabric Fair runs three delegate days at the Oregon Convention Center, 26 to 28 October 2026. The venue publishes a clock for each one.
Day 0 opens Monday 26 October at 8:00 AM and closes at 3:30 PM. Tuesday runs 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Wednesday runs 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The three windows add to 24.5 floor hours, 17 of them inside the two show days.
An 8:00 AM Monday open puts a delegate in a bed on Sunday night. A 5:00 PM Wednesday close holds the Tuesday night. The fair cohort runs Sunday to Wednesday.
Hall A takes the ZERO to THREE LEARN Conference on 28 and 29 October. Tuesday night draws on both events. Wednesday night draws on ZERO to THREE alone.
A Thursday flight adds a fourth night.
The garage holds 800 spaces and empties nightly
The venue page reads: "Garage generally opens daily at 6:00 AM." A standard entry costs $15 for stays up to 18 hours, with no in and out privilege. Event days take a dynamic $15 to $25 at entry.
Overnight parking is prohibited. The venue states that it does not guarantee parking availability and that access runs first-come. The garage excludes RVs, campers and trucks with trailers.
Three morning entries cost $45 to $75 across the week at the event band.
The venue counts 566 metered spaces within three blocks of the building. Bicycle parking is free, with 32 spaces on P1 and 14 on P2. Accessible spaces number 10 on P1 and 11 on P2.
Eight outlets shut on both show days
The venue lists eight closed outlets for Tuesday 27 October and the same eight for Wednesday 28: Crescent Collective, both food-truck plazas, Ginkoberry Marketplace, Port Strata, Portland Coffee Roasters II, Skyview Lounge and Stir Bistro and Lounge.
Monday 26 October closes twelve outlets, four more than either show day.
The venue is cashless and lists five ATMs inside. Meal spend leaves the building across all three days.
The walk between the doors and the beds
The venue describes its setting as the heart of Lloyd, surrounded by hotels, public transit, shopping and the Moda Center.
The Convention District Safe Connect Program runs with Portland Metro Chamber and Portland Downtown Clean & Safe. It supplies public safety coordinators, wayfinding and escort services between the convention center, nearby hotels and transit stops.
The organiser publishes no rate
The organiser's housing page names Connections Housing and a deadline of 1 October 2026. The vendor's record for this event read closed to reservations on 21 October, with a call route on 702-329-1211 on weekdays from 6am to 3pm Pacific.
Neither page prints a rate or a room count. The 1 October deadline sat 25 days before the Monday open.
What the pages leave unmeasured
The venue event page carries no attendance forecast and no room-night figure.
Four published inputs carry this window: three clocks across 24.5 hours, an 800-space garage that empties nightly, eight closed outlets on each show day, and a housing route that shut 25 days out.
