Door-only tickets and 500 tables: November's demand read for Miami

The two-day firearms and outdoors show runs at the Miami-Dade fairgrounds on 7-8 November with tickets sold only at the door and 500 tables on the floor.

No gate figure is published

The promoter's site carries the date, the venue, the hours, the ticket price and the table count. It carries no attendance figure. A search of the home page, the event page, the exhibitor page, the ticket FAQ and the schedule page returns no headcount, no forecast and no prior edition's gate.

The venue's dated calendar carries the same booking with three hall names and no forecast.

A demand read for 7 and 8 November therefore opens with no number from the promoter.

Tickets exist at the door

The FAQ answers the advance-sale question in one line. Tickets are only available at the door at this time.

The event page prints $17.00. The FAQ states that tickets are sold at a daily rate and are not good for both days. Admission is free for children aged 12 and under.

No advance sale exists. No forward booking curve exists to read. A daily ticket puts two separate days of one-time entries behind the same gate.

The three published signals

A demand desk holds three published facts. The table count at Miami is 500. The gate price is $17.00 on all eight Miami weekends and $15.00 on the 31 other priced weekends.

Miami holds eight of the 39 priced weekends on the calendar, which is 20.5 percent.

The cadence is fixed. The next Miami show sits 63 days later, on 9 and 10 January 2027, in the same three halls.

The schedule runs 62 weekend rows, from 24-25 October 2026 to 25-26 December 2027. Twenty-three of those weekends carry no show anywhere in the circuit. The other four markets account for the remaining 31 priced weekends.

Two windows and fifteen hours

Saturday runs 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. That is 8 show hours. Sunday runs 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. That is 7. The two days total 15 hours.

Saturday closes at 5 p.m. Sunday opens at 10 a.m. Seventeen hours sit between the two clocks.

The Saturday setup window shuts at 8:30 a.m. The gate opens 30 minutes later.

Where the stay sits

Two published rules settle the nights. Vendors are required to work the show both days. Armed security runs from Friday setup to Sunday tear down.

The Friday setup window runs 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. That is 360 minutes for 500 tables. The Saturday window runs 7 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. That is 90 minutes.

The Friday night carries the setup. The Saturday night carries the second day. Sunday ends the tenancy at tear down.

The concealed weapons class runs 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. on both days. Two class blocks sit inside each show day.

The fortnight around the gate

The venue's dated calendar carries a trade show in the Fuchs Pavilion on 5 November. That booking sits two days before this gate opens. The Allstars Tattoo Convention takes Arnold Hall from 13 to 15 November, which is five days after this show closes.

Three separate bookings therefore land on that address inside ten days. The Fuchs Pavilion takes one, the three gun-show halls take the second, and Arnold Hall alone takes the third.

Staffing without a forward number

A property setting hours for this weekend has one published substitute for the missing gate. The clock carries it.

Eight hours and seven hours are the two staffing spans. Fifteen hours of floor time is the total. The 30 minutes between the Saturday setup close and the gate is the one handover on the page with no slack.

Hours therefore rest on the last Miami gate. The promoter publishes no gate figure on the domain, so the first reading this event yields is the one the property collects itself.

What to capture at check-in

Seven fields build the read. Arrival night, departure night, party size, badge count, booking channel, nightly rate and purpose of stay.

Two windows make the fields usable. The November show gives the first reading. The 9 and 10 January 2027 show gives the second, 63 days later, in the same three halls.

One limit sits on the exercise. A single-day door ticket records a visit. The property sells the trip.
