A Ten-Day Envelope Around Three SEMICON Show Days

SEMICON West 2026 runs three show days at Moscone Center, and the exhibitor move-in and move-out clock spans ten days from 8 to 17 October, in daytime shifts.

Three show days sit inside a ten-day clock

SEMICON West 2026 runs Tuesday 13 to Thursday 15 October at Moscone Center in Moscone North and South. The expo hall opens 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday. That is 20 floor hours across three days.

The exhibitor clock around those days is longer. The organiser's exhibitor planning timeline, stamped Revised On: September 21, 2026, opens move-in Thursday 8 October and closes move-out Saturday 17 October. Eight October to seventeen October inclusive is ten days.

Move-in opens in four booth-colour groups

Move-in is staggered by booth colour across three days. Booths highlighted in blue begin Thursday 8 October, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Booths in green begin Friday 9 October at 8 a.m., and booths in orange begin the same Friday at 1 p.m. Booths in yellow begin Saturday 10 October at 8 a.m. The green and yellow windows close at 5 p.m.

Four arrival cohorts sit inside one week, each keyed to its own colour and its own start.

Sunday is a dark day

Sunday 11 October is a dark day. The timeline states the convention centre is closed, with no exhibitor move-in, no set-up and no freight received.

General move-in fills the Monday

General exhibitor move-in runs Monday 12 October, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Move-out spreads across three days

Move-out runs three days. Thursday 15 October takes 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., with carriers checked in by 5 p.m. Friday 16 October takes 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., with carriers by 2 p.m. Saturday 17 October takes 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., with carriers by 8 a.m.

The daytime windows the week sets

Those clocks are daytime shifts. A crew at move-in works an 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. day on each of four days. The expo days run 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Move-out runs an eight-hour day on the Thursday and a twelve-hour day on the Friday.

The earliest night the clock calls for is Wednesday 7 October. The latest is Friday 16 October. Wednesday 7 October through Friday 16 October is ten nights.

The city day-room shelf

Dayuse carries a San Francisco day-room average of $119.61 on the 8 October 2026 read. Its recommended hourly property in the city is The Mosser Hotel.

hotelSlots counts 562 hotels available in San Francisco on its directory page, in a format of 24 cards shown against the total. The platform sells four windows: morning, afternoon, evening and overnight.

The Yerba Buena Partnership, the district's own organisation, lists 11 properties with street addresses. The Mosser Hotel sits in that roster at 54 4th St. The list runs from Canopy by Hilton San Francisco SoMa at 250 4th St to W San Francisco at 181 3rd St. That roster is the district's list.

The block closed on 1 October

Convention Management Resources is the show's official housing provider. Exhibitor housing opened 11 March 2026. The published deadlines ran a rooming list on 28 August, a last day to cancel without penalty on 25 September and a last day to add, change or cancel on 29 September. From 1 October, reservations are handled directly with hotels.
