Stayntouch puts Staklio inside its own PMS
Stayntouch announced an integration with Staklio on 7 October 2026. The release carries a Bethesda, Maryland dateline. Stayntouch PMS connects to Staklio direct, and the release states the connection runs with no middleware layer between the two systems. The pairing serves condo hotels, mixed-ownership resorts and management companies.
Staklio manages the link between a hotel and the private investors who own individual units in its rental pool. The product is a branded owner portal. Unit owners log in and read their bookings, revenue and settlements at any time.
What the integration automates for owner settlements
Four capabilities sit behind the portal.
Settlements. Staklio generates monthly settlements. Commissions, cleaning fees and expenses apply automatically to each one. Every settlement moves through a draft, approved, sent and paid workflow.
Performance data. Owners receive dashboards for their own units. The dashboards report gross revenue, deductions, net payout, occupancy, ADR and RevPAR.
Owner stays. An owner requests a stay through the portal. The operator sets a night limit or a credit budget for each unit.
Branding. The portal runs under the property's own logo and colors.
Reservation data flows from Stayntouch into Staklio on its own.
The manual work the release targets
The release describes the condition the integration addresses. Hotel teams with individually owned units in a rental pool spend hours pulling reports, reconciling revenue and settlements, and answering owner questions.
Staklio moves that work into the portal. The release states hotel teams spend less time building spreadsheets and fielding routine requests, owners get visibility into their unit's performance, and the hotel keeps control of its PMS and daily operations.
The release names ski, beach and other vacation markets, where individually owned units form a common part of the business model.
Rajamani on rental pool inventory
Priya Rajamani, SVP of Implementations and Support at Stayntouch, tied the integration to short-term rental demand.
“Short-term rentals have reshaped what travelers expect from a stay, and hotels need more ways to compete for that demand,” Rajamani said. “Condo and rental pool units let hotels diversify their inventory with residential-style accommodations that compete directly with those rentals, while opening new revenue streams for both the property and its owners. Our integration with Staklio makes that model easier to run, so hotels can grow it without adding administrative weight.”
Baecke on owner data
Pieter Baecke, founder and chief executive officer at Staklio, tied the integration to the operator-owner relationship.
“Ownership models in hospitality are evolving, and the relationship between operators and owners has to evolve with them,” Baecke said. “We believe transparency is the foundation of that relationship, and it starts with accurate, reliable data. Stayntouch's cloud-native platform and open APIs allow us to connect directly, without middleware, so our customers get a reliable flow of reservation data into every owner portal. For hotels running rental pool programs, that means a modern PMS and an automated owner experience working together.”
Staklio's own pages carry the settlement terms
Staklio's own site publishes terms the release leaves out. Settlements calculate on a monthly, quarterly or four-weekly cycle. The account opens with a commission and a cleaning fee already set, and the operator changes both to its own terms. Staklio states that a PMS connection takes minutes and that the portal goes live in about a week, after the synced data and one statement are checked.
Owners hold their own login and never enter the property's PMS. An owner books a stay within the nights or credits the operator sets, and the booking writes into the PMS. The portal's statement view carries a KPI strip, a 12-month bar chart, occupancy, ADR and RevPAR.
Staklio also publishes a Revenue Balancer. It ranks eligible rooms by how much each owner has earned so far, and it suggests room swaps between units of the same type. The operator decides whether the tool suggests a swap or places it in the PMS.
Stayntouch's stated scale
Stayntouch describes itself as a cloud-native hotel property management system for independent hotels, management companies and multi-property groups. Its About block names an open ecosystem of more than 1,400 integrations. Named customers on that page are Sage Hospitality, Stoney Creek Hotels, First Hotels, the TWA Hotel and Zoku Amsterdam.
What the release does not carry
The release is the vendors' own account. It names no property running the integration, no launch customer and no go-live date. Staklio publishes no price for the software. No independent audit of the integration exists. The LODGING Magazine copy is the issuer's release reprinted, and LODGING published it at 12:58 GMT on 7 October 2026.
