TrustYou puts Ask TrustYou on every hotel plan, Lite to Enterprise

TrustYou launched Ask TrustYou on 6 October 2026. The chat tool reads only a hotel's own guest reviews and runs on every TrustYou plan from Lite to Enterprise.

TrustYou launched Ask TrustYou on 6 October 2026. The release says the tool is live on every hotel plan from Lite to Enterprise, and it answers plain-language questions about a hotel's own guest reviews.

What the release says it does

A hotelier types a question the way they would ask a colleague. The system answers from every review the property or the group holds in TrustYou. Each answer shows the date range it drew on and the reasoning behind it. Conversations save, so a follow-up continues the same thread. Ask what to do, and the answer carries a recommended action plan for the named properties. Questions can be asked in the manager's language, and the tool reads the guest's language.

The allowance is where the pricing sits

Every CXP plan carries a monthly chat allowance. The allowance is counted per hotel, shared by everyone on the team, and resets on the first of the month. TrustYou's own feature page sets the numbers. Lite, Lite Plus and Essential carry 4 chats per hotel each month. Professional carries 20. Enterprise carries 2 per hotel, pooled across the group, and the page works the arithmetic out loud: fifty hotels share one hundred chats a month. Expansion packs exist for heavier users. The release says the packs are priced on the TrustYou website, and the pricing page renders its plan table client-side, so no pack price was readable at this desk's read.

One chat is one question plus the follow-ups that belong to it, up to ten messages with questions and answers counted together. A chat also closes after thirty minutes with no activity.

Scope is set before the first question

The tool reads the hotel's own guest reviews inside TrustYou CXP and nothing else. The feature page FAQ states the boundary. Surveys, NPS and competitor benchmark data sit outside the scope for now.

The data scope holds the date range, the review sources and the properties. The scope cannot be changed once a chat has started. The date options the page lists are the last 30 days, the last quarter, the last 12 months and a custom range, so the shortest fixed window is 30 days.

Two named executives

"The commercial side of a hotel has had analysts for thirty years. The guest side has had spreadsheets, even though guests produce as much data as bookings do," said Benjamin Jost, Founder and CEO of TrustYou. "Ask TrustYou does not give hoteliers a better report. It ends the report. You ask, you get the answer, you act."

"This is the most powerful thing we have ever put in front of a guest experience team, and it changes how that team works, because instead of waiting for a report, they simply ask," said Steven Dow, Chief Revenue Officer of TrustYou. "Technology that changes how people work should not be rationed to the customers with the biggest contracts, which is why every hotel customer gets it from today."

The issuer's own team roster prints Jost as Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer and Dow as Chief Revenue Officer. The release uses the shorter form Founder for Jost.

The beta account

More than a dozen hotel groups across Europe, the Middle East and the Asia Pacific ran the tool in beta, by the release's account. The release names no customer and publishes no outcome data. It gives three examples: a duty manager checking what arriving guests had said about check-in before a busy weekend, a general manager who saw breakfast scores slipping at four properties and had the dishes, the timing and the guests' own words before the morning meeting ended, and one European group cutting monthly guest-feedback reporting from most of a working day to well under an hour.

Two figures do not reconcile on the issuer's own pages

The release's About block says TrustYou serves hospitality brands in over 165 countries. The issuer's own About page reads 100+ Countries in two places, and the founder's quote on that page says the idea runs in 100 countries. The homepage reads 125 countries and 1.7 million accommodations of data.

The release also says eighteen years of hospitality sentiment and semantic analysis. The About page reads 17+ Years in hospitality and Seventeen years of data, against a founding year of 2008 that both pages carry.
