The window a day room has to cover
Wekfest Miami opens the Fuchs Pavilion at 1:00 PM and closes at 6:00 PM on Sunday 6 December 2026. The checkout states that ticket holders may access the venue from 1 pm to 6 pm. That is five paid hours inside one afternoon.
The event information page publishes public hours of 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM. The organiser prints 6 December and the Miami-Dade County Fair calendar prints 5 December for the same show.
Where a daytime room fits
A day-use buyer for this show does not need a night. The buyer needs a room across the hours around the door: 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM before it, or 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM after it.
The Early Access tier opens the floor at 10:00 AM. A holder of that ticket spends eight hours at the venue and needs a shower and a bag drop before the drive home.
The event bars large bags, luggage and musical instruments and searches every patron. Bag storage at a nearby property carries a price no page publishes.
The nearest mapped property, Comfort Suites Miami Kendall at 3901 SW 117th Avenue, sits 1.89 miles and 5.9 minutes from the grounds. Coordinates were read on 19 October 2026.
The price ladder as spend data
General admission costs $30.00 plus a $2.53 fee, or $32.53 at checkout. That is 8.43 percent above the face price. Children under 12 enter without a ticket. All sales are final.
The early tier exists and carries no price. No figure appears on the event page, the event information page, the tour ticket page or the general admission checkout.
A $32.53 ticket at five hours works out to $6.51 an hour inside the building.
What the same week holds
The venue's December 2026 calendar carries eight dated records across four buildings. One record spans two days: Nfinity Championship Events in Arnold Hall and Reilly Coliseum on 12 and 13 December, six days after the show.
A two-day booking of that shape needs Friday 11 December and Saturday 12 December. A day-use operator sells the hours around a single afternoon; a two-night championship fills beds.
The grounds also hold Nights of Lights from 27 November to 31 December, a 35-day run that covers the show date and every night around it.
What the ticket does not report
The price carries a buyer's commitment. It carries no count. No attendance figure is published, no exhibitor count beyond over 200, no vehicle count, no sold-out flag and no programme clock beyond the door times. The site's schedule link returns a 404 shell.
The tour runs six 2026 stops: Nagoya on 3 May, San Jose on 28 June, Seattle on 26 July, Chicago on 6 September, Los Angeles on 20 September and Miami on 6 December. Miami closes the season and the tour calls it the only east coast event.
A $30 ticket with a $2.53 fee tells a day-use operator what one guest paid and how long that guest stays inside. The count that would turn the ladder into a booking forecast sits in the organiser's registration system.
