Eight double-booked weekends and 50 day-room cards in Miami

The fairgrounds calendar carries 52 dated records and eight clusters with two bookings on one weekend. Seven of the 50 Miami day-use cards open at 7 a.m. or earlier.

The walk that closed at 88 percent

The St. Jude Walk Miami ran on Saturday 26 September 2026 at the Miami-Dade County Fair and Exposition Center, 10901 SW 24th Street. The event page reports $570,360 raised against a $650,000 goal, with 2,598 participants in 261 teams. Registration is closed. The donation page stays open.

The published clock reads 6:30 a.m. gate, 7:30 a.m. opening ceremony and 8:00 a.m. walk start. The gate window runs 90 minutes. That is 28.87 participants a minute.

Fifty-two dated records on the venue board

The Fair Expo Center events page carries 52 dated records across 14 month blocks. Fifty-one of them start on or after 18 October 2026. Twenty-nine run more than one calendar day. The list opens with Sounds of Screams on 24 September to 1 November 2026 and closes with Florida Gun Shows on 6-7 November 2027, 385 days out. No record sits in October 2027.

The venue states more than 70 events a year outside the 21-day Youth Fair, on 86 acres, with bookings from a 50-person seminar to a 50,000-visitor festival.

Eight clusters carry two bookings

Twenty-six of the 52 records share at least one date with another record under inclusive date-span overlap. Those 26 form eight connected clusters. Every one of the eight includes a Saturday or a Sunday.

The eight, by first date: 24 October, where the Rabbits & Cavies Seminar and the Poultry Seminar sit inside the Sounds of Screams tenancy; 13 November, the Allstars Tattoo Convention with Feria de las Americas; 27 November, the Nights of Lights tenancy with eight bookings inside it; 8 January, Major League Table Tennis with Florida Gun Shows; 6 February, the Tri-County Volleyball Challenge with the Living Proof Crusade; 12 February, the Miami Grit Classic with the Miami Winter International Open; 27 February, Florida Gun Shows with the Birthday Bash; 30 April, the Rare Plant Festival with the Faith & Family Festival.

Two tenancies hold the grounds for weeks at a time. Sounds of Screams runs 39 calendar days from 24 September to 1 November 2026. Nights of Lights runs 35 calendar days from 27 November to 31 December 2026, with eight bookings inside that span.

The day-room shelf, read 18 October

The dayuse.com Miami city page lists 50 day-use cards on 18 October 2026. The card prices run from $55 at Hotel Rendale Miami Beach to $219, with a median of $105.

Seven cards publish a window that opens at 7 a.m. or earlier. Nuvo Suites Hotel Miami/Doral opens at 5 a.m. at $105, with a 5 a.m. to 1 p.m. window. Spark by Hilton Miami Doral publishes 7 a.m. to noon at $75. enVision Hotel Miami International Airport publishes 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. at $79. YOTEL Miami publishes 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. at $104. Fairfield Inn & Suites Miami Airport South, listed in Flagami, publishes 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. at $121. The Mimosa Hotel in North Beach publishes 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. at $85, and Residence Inn Miami Beach Surfside publishes 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. at $114.

What a 6:30 a.m. gate asks of the inventory

A 6:30 a.m. gate sits inside the previous night's stay for every card but one. The 5 a.m. window at Nuvo Suites carries that arrival and a 1 p.m. checkout.

A 7 a.m. window opens 30 minutes after the gate and 60 minutes before the walk start. The guest reaches the grounds after the field has moved.

The afternoon hours carry the rest of the day. All 50 cards publish a checkout at 1 p.m. or later.

Where the day rooms price

A day room prices against a compression weekend. Each of the eight clusters carries two arrival curves on one 86-acre site, and the two bookings compete for the same parking, the same gates and the same afternoon.

The Winter cluster is the longest of them. Nights of Lights runs from 27 November to 31 December, and the eight bookings inside it include Wekfest on 5 December, Nfinity Championship Events on 12-13 December and three separate holiday events on 18 December.

What the record does not carry

The calendar carries 78 instances of the word Attendance. Every one sits inside the eventAttendanceMode property of the page's structured data. No record carries a forecast or an actual attendance total.

The walk publishes no gate count and no room block. A day-use operator prices the window off the published clock and the published calendar. The attendance figure comes from the organiser.
