The floor clock
The WWETT Show runs 22 to 25 February 2027 at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis. The venue forecasts 14,000 attendees. The organiser splits the week: conference sessions from Monday 22 February to Thursday 25 February, and the expo hall from Tuesday 23 February to Thursday 25 February.
The expo hall runs 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday and Wednesday. Thursday runs 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The conference runs 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday, 10:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Wednesday and 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Thursday.
Two full floor days and one short one set the day-use demand. A delegate who drives in from elsewhere in Indiana works the floor Tuesday and Wednesday and takes a morning slot on Thursday instead of a fourth night.
What the day costs against the night
Dayuse publishes an average price of $87.43 for a day room in Indianapolis, on a read dated 24 September 2026.
Engine puts the city's average nightly rate at $128 across 1.2 million public par-rate observations from May 2024 to April 2026. February is the lowest month in that series at $107, 16 per cent below the city average. May is the highest at $158. The swing across the year runs to 32 per cent, and the city ranks 39th of 50 markets, 14 per cent below the $148 median.
The slots a booking covers
hotelSlots sells day-use rooms in four windows: morning 6 a.m. to noon, afternoon noon to 6 p.m., evening 6 p.m. to midnight and overnight midnight to 6 a.m. A guest books one slot or several for full-day coverage.
The morning slot covers the 9:00 a.m. floor opening and runs half an hour past Thursday's 1:00 p.m. close. Morning and afternoon together cover a full floor day.
The platform states that its day-use rates run 30 to 75 per cent below the nightly rate at the same hotel, that it charges no booking fee and no commission markup, and that the guest pays the hotel for the slot. It counts 103,857 properties with day-use availability across 46 states.
The inventory behind the floor
The convention centre publishes 7,100 hotel rooms in downtown Indianapolis and 4,700 rooms connected to the building by skywalk, plus 200 restaurants within walking distance and a 15-minute trip to Indianapolis International Airport. Its skywalk page calls the closing and opening window event-dependent, with lockdown at about 11:00 p.m. and reopening at about 6:00 a.m.
hotelslots.org lists 273 Indianapolis hotels with day-use availability, on a read dated 24 September 2026. Aloft at 136 East Market Street heads the first page.
The block the show runs
onPeak runs the show's housing gallery, and the organiser names it the only endorsed hotel provider. The gallery lists 23 properties for the window of 21 to 25 February at $169 to $270 a night, on a read dated 24 September 2026.
JW Marriott Indianapolis was the only card without rooms on the three-night window of 22 to 25 February. On the four-night window, Marriott Indianapolis Downtown and The Westin Indianapolis joined it. Three properties sit 0.1 miles from the centre, and two sit 0.7 miles out.
