Bespoke Hotels has put Canary Technologies' mobile-first Guest Management System into a majority of its portfolio. Canary's own release carries that scope wording, dates the announcement 20 November 2025 and files it under a San Francisco dateline.
The four products cover the arrival-to-departure lane. AI Guest Messaging connects hotels with guests over SMS and WhatsApp with real-time translation in more than 100 languages. Mobile Check-In, Dynamic Upsells and Smart Checkout carry arrivals, incremental spend and departures through the guest's own device. Canary states that the four reduce front-desk workload and streamline arrivals and departures.
The gains rest on the group's own account
Bespoke's stated result sits inside its chief executive's quote. Thomas Greenall said the technology delivers a more seamless, intuitive experience and frees the group's teams to look after guests. Alex Reid, Canary's UK and Ireland sales executive, said Bespoke's teams can extend the group's care through digital check-in, multilingual messaging and upsell offers.
The release publishes no before-and-after figure for front-desk hours, no message volume, no upsell revenue and no guest-satisfaction score.
The two published portfolio counts
Canary's release reads more than 50 hotels nationwide for Bespoke Hotels, and its About block reads more than 50 properties for Bespoke Hotel Management. Bespoke Hotel Management's own home page reads 80-plus hotels, 6,000-plus rooms and 4,000-plus employees.
The group's team page records growth to over 80 properties since Haydn Fentum and Robin Sheppard founded it in 2000, and describes a team of 100-plus specialists. The covered majority sits inside whichever count a reader accepts.
The same team page names Stephanie Carvell as Group Revenue Director. It records her arrival at Bespoke in 2010 to head the revenue management team, after a cluster general manager post with Centre Parks and Oxford Inns.
The vendor's own scale
Canary's release reads over 20,000 hotels in 100-plus countries, and it names Marriott International, Four Seasons, Choice Hotels, Wyndham Hotels and Resorts, BWH Hotels and Intercontinental Hotel Group among its brands.
Its awards block lists HotelTechAwards Best Guest Experience Platform for 2024, 2025 and 2026, alongside a SOC certification and PCI v4 DSS certification.
What an operator should ask
Ask the vendor for the property-level scope, the room count inside the covered majority, and the front-desk measures it tracks after go-live. Ask the group for its own figures on check-in time and upsell revenue. Ask who owns the guest record once messaging, payment and checkout sit in one platform, and what the exit terms are.
The vendor publishes no per-room price, no implementation fee, no go-live date for a named property and no commitment term for this deployment. Its release names no individual Bespoke hotel.
