Hypersign.com Launches In-Room Guest Engagement Platform

Hypersign.com launched InRoom Guest on 8 October 2026, an in-room platform that themes the guest television by stay type and adds a sponsored-content channel.

Hypersign.com launched InRoom Guest on 8 October 2026, a guest engagement platform that runs on the in-room television. The company put the announcement out through PR Newswire at 08:43 Eastern Time under the headline "Hypersign.com Launches Immersive In-Room Guest Engagement Platform", with a Spartanburg, South Carolina dateline. Hotel Interactive carried the same announcement on 12 October 2026 under its own byline, Joe Waskewich.

The Reason for the Stay Sets the Screen

The centerpiece is intent-based theming. A property builds a separate screen experience for each kind of stay. Hypersign.com names weddings, conferences, family vacations, sporting events and resort getaways. Wedding guests can see welcome messages, schedules and amenity recommendations. Conference attendees can see event agendas and nearby dining. Families can see activities suited to the trip. Guests in town for a sporting event can see nearby restaurants, stores and local experiences.

Operators build those experiences from one platform. The release states that teams can upload their own content, customize the appearance and the functionality of each experience, publish updates, and manage devices across rooms or multiple properties.

Casting, Channels and Property Information

InRoom Guest supports connectivity with Apple, Google and LG technologies. A guest scans a QR code and casts from an iOS or Android device. The shared television asks for no password. Casting disconnects automatically at checkout. Hypersign.com's product page lists Netflix, YouTube, Spotify, Disney+, Hulu, Prime Video, Apple TV, YouTube TV, ESPN, Peacock and HBO Max among the supported apps.

The platform carries more than 450 live television channels, according to the release. It also holds digital dining menus, property amenities and services, local restaurants, attractions, entertainment, and other recommendations.

The AdEngine and the Sponsored Channel

Hypersign.com's patent-pending AdEngine lets a property promote its own dining, spa services, activities, transportation and upgrades on the same screen. Sponsored content from local businesses, attractions, restaurants and tourism partners runs alongside it. Properties organize that sponsored content into custom channels and assign ads to guest themes. Proof-of-play reporting shows delivered content and campaign results.

The revenue case sits on a screen the guest already uses. The product page states that showcasing nearby restaurants, attractions, entertainment and tourism partners on the guest room television creates new revenue opportunities for the property.

What a Property Has to Supply

The product page states the deployment requirement in plain terms. A property provides its in-room displays, network access, and its brand and content basics. Hypersign.com states that InRoom Guest builds on what sits in place and that a property can personalize the experience without replacing hardware or creating new workflows.

The announcement names no hotel running InRoom Guest, no go-live date for a property and no measured guest result. It states that the platform was first introduced at BITAC Independent 2026 in Phoenix and is now available to hotels, resorts and other hospitality properties worldwide. The conference reference is the company's own statement. No independent conference record was located at this desk.

No Published Price for InRoom Guest

Hypersign.com publishes prices for its digital signage plans. Essentials runs $19.90 a month, Pro runs $34.90 a month and Enterprise runs $54.08 a month, each billed annually. The same page states that the pricing covers Hypersign Digital Signage only, that other products are priced separately, and that InRoom pricing comes from the company's team. No price, term or minimum for InRoom Guest is published on any page read for this piece.

Where the Company Dates Its Own Start

Hypersign.com's own pages give three starting points. The About page states that the founder, Neil Willis, was working with K-12 school districts in 2009. It states that Hypersign was introduced at the Digital Signage Expo in Las Vegas in 2010, where it won Best of Digital Signage. The numbers block on the same page reads "13+ Years in Business" beside "Operating as a company since 2013". The release and the company's own launch post both say more than 13 years. All three readings sit on the company's own site.

Willis is named founder and CEO of Hypersign.com in the release and in the launch post. The About page adds that the company is a veteran-owned small business founded by a U.S. Air Force veteran. That page reports 25 or more awards and customers in four regions: the United States, Canada, Europe and Australia.

What the Announcement Does Not Say

The release carries no price, no contract term, no minimum stay and no free-trial offer for InRoom Guest. It names no property, no system the platform replaces and no hardware the platform needs. It reports no message volume, no upsell revenue and no satisfaction measure. The company's own launch post repeats the same claim set on 8 October 2026.

A Google News query on InRoom Guest returned the PR Newswire release and the Hotel Interactive republication as the only two items on the product. A query on the company name returned the same pair. The Hotel Interactive page carries the announcement text under its own byline, so no independent trade report of the launch was located at this desk.
