Four Ticketed Coffee Festival Windows Land on One Marina Weekend

The coffee festival sells two ticketed sessions on 7 November and two on 8 November at Fort Mason's Festival Pavilion. Tickets start at $31.65 and the organiser marks the All Day pass as a limited tier.

Four Windows, Two Days, One Weekend

The San Francisco Coffee Festival sells four ticketed session windows across Saturday 7 November and Sunday 8 November 2026. Two windows sit on each day. The venue is Fort Mason Center for Arts and Culture's Festival Pavilion at 2 Marina Boulevard. Craft Hospitality LLC produces the event. Eventbrite quotes the ticket floor at $31.65.

One Clock Serves Both Days

The About page publishes one clock for the two days. Session 1 Early Admission runs 9 a.m. to 10 a.m., Session 1 general admission runs 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., and Session 2 general admission runs 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Early Admission includes the general admission hour. The page states that the extra hour is the only difference between the two choices inside a session, and that an Early Admission ticket does not skip lines once inside. Coffee tastings are included in the ticket price and food is sold separately.

The Break Splits the Day

A service break runs from 1 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. between the two sessions. The organiser directs attendees to the food trucks outside for that half hour and asks that roasters be given the break to rest.

The All Day Pass Is the Limited Tier

The organiser publishes the All Day pass as a limited number. All Day passholders take both sessions, hold in-and-out privileges and stay inside the venue through the service break. That pass is the tier to watch when a session sells out.

Event-Day Parking Runs 20 Percent Above the Campus Ladder

Fort Mason prices its own lot on two ladders. The non-event ladder runs $5 for the first hour, $10 for one to two hours, $15 for two to three hours, $20 for three to four hours and $25 beyond four hours. The event-day ladder runs $6, $12, $18, $24 and $30 on the same bands.

Fees apply from 7 a.m. to midnight daily and overnight parking is not permitted. The parking page states that fees may increase on certain high-attendance dates and that the lot fills up occasionally. The campus entrance sits off Marina Boulevard at Buchanan Street. Muni lines 28, 30, 30X, 43 and 49 serve the site, and Golden Gate Transit stops at Lombard and Fillmore Streets.

The Terms an Attendee Holds

Eventbrite's listing carries refunds up to 30 days before the event. The organiser's own ticket terms describe the offer as final sale and nonrefundable, state that the event runs indoors in any weather, and tie a pass to the purchased session window. Children under 13 need no ticket with an accompanying adult.

What the Organiser Does Not Publish

No attendance figure appears on the festival pages or on the venue page. No group rate, group ticket class or minimum group size is published. No block, rate or cut-off attaches to the weekend. The About page carries the only lodging line on the site, asking for an official hotel partner for 2026.
