Aarunya Club & Convention Sets a 15 November 2026 Opening
Tivoli Hospitality Group will open Aarunya Club & Convention by Tivoli in Greater Noida on 15 November 2026. Hospitality Biz India carried the release on 9 October 2026.
The property combines guest rooms with indoor and outdoor event space. The group says the opening targets weddings, social celebrations, leisure stays and the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions segment.
Seventy-One Rooms Against the Sixty First Announced
The release puts the room count at 71 and states that the group increased the inventory from the 60 keys announced earlier for the project. Hospitality Biz India's 11 March 2026 report on the same property carried those 60 luxury guest rooms as the first phase and said a later phase would add rooms. The October release publishes no split across room types.
The release says the 71 rooms support residential weddings, family getaways and corporate stays, so guests can combine accommodation with events and business engagements at one address.
The Five Event Spaces and Their Areas
The release lists three indoor venues and two outdoor spaces. The Glass House covers 17,000 sq ft and takes 500 guests. The Grand Ballroom covers 12,000 sq ft and takes 400. The Regalia Hall covers 10,000 sq ft and takes 350. Outdoors, a 50,000 sq ft open lawn takes up to 1,500 guests and an 8,000 sq ft poolside venue takes 200.
The March report carried a different roster. It put the Glass House at 450 guests beside an open lawn named Flora, the Grand Ballroom at 550 guests joined to a landscaped lawn of about 4,924 square metres with capacity for 1,500, and an Elegance venue for up to 300. The October roster names Regalia Hall and the poolside venue, and carries no combined capacity figure; the March report put the combined event capacity at 2,500 guests.
R3, Knowledge Park II and the India Expo Centre
The property is at R3, Knowledge Park II, Greater Noida. The release ties the location to the India Expo Centre & Mart, which it says positions the hotel for exhibition visitors, corporate groups and business travellers. The March report put the property 550 metres from the India Expo Centre & Mart, 1.4 km from the Knowledge Park II metro station and 1.8 km from Pari Chowk, and gave the address as Knowledge Park-II without the R3 plot designation.
Akshay, Aryaman and Ishan Gupta on the Programme
Akshay Gupta, Executive Director, said: "Our vision for Aarunya Club & Convention by Tivoli is to create a complete hospitality destination where guests can stay, unwind, celebrate and connect." He said the expanded accommodation and event facilities would let the property serve weddings, family celebrations, leisure stays and corporate gatherings.
Aryaman Gupta, Director, tied the indoor and outdoor combination to varied event requirements, from weddings and receptions to corporate gatherings and gala evenings. Ishan Gupta, Executive Director, said: "Alongside weddings and social celebrations, we see scope to serve corporate groups, exhibition visitors and leisure travellers looking for a well-connected destination in Greater Noida."
Ishan Gupta also set out the development blueprint: planned energy-efficient systems, water conservation initiatives, responsible waste management and environmentally conscious landscaping. Akshay Gupta attributed the project to the vision of Rohit Gupta, Chairman, Tivoli Hospitality Group.
Fifteen Operating Assets and Ten in Development
The release states that the group operates 15 hospitality assets, with 10 additional projects at various stages of development and planning. Hospitality Biz India's 15 June 2026 report on Midori by Tivoli carried the same two counts. The group's own venue site lists eight properties, Aarunya among them, and four further projects under Coming Soon, so the stated 15 stands as the group's figure.
Two further Delhi NCR projects sit beside Aarunya. Tivoli unveiled Omnia Convention by Tivoli at Bhondsi-Badshahpur, Gurugram, in the report Hospitality Biz India carried on 6 February 2026, with two banquet halls of about 16,000 sq ft each. The 15 June 2026 report covered Midori by Tivoli at Karanki, Sohna, Gurugram, planned across five acres with 125 guest rooms and 10 suites and an opening expected within two years.
The Figures the Release Does Not Publish
The release carries no project cost, no opening-phase room mix, no combined event capacity and no construction timeline. The poolside venue and Regalia Hall carry no date of their own beyond the property date.
