Hardly Strictly Bluegrass 2026: Three Daytime Dates For Day-Use Inventory

Hardly Strictly Bluegrass 2026 runs three daytime dates in Golden Gate Park with gates at 11am Friday and 9am at the weekend and a 7pm curtain. The published clocks define the window a day-use desk sells into.

Three Daytime Dates On Published Clocks

Hardly Strictly Bluegrass 2026 runs Friday October 2, Saturday October 3 and Sunday October 4 in Golden Gate Park, San Francisco. Entrances open at 11 a.m. Friday and 9 a.m. Saturday and Sunday. Performances end at 7 p.m. on all three days.

The schedule page carries the performance windows. Friday runs 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday and Sunday each run 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Friday holds eight gate hours against six performance hours. Saturday and Sunday each hold ten gate hours against eight.

A day room sells a defined stretch of the day. The organiser's published hours put the whole programme inside daylight on all three dates.

The Ground Clears Each Night

Camping is banned in Golden Gate Park. The organiser names Rob Hill Campground in the Presidio and an RV park by Candlestick as the alternatives.

Waste management sweeps the park each evening. The organiser states the sweep leaves no way to save a space for the following day.

Vehicle and golf-cart access on JFK halts at about 6:15 p.m. for crowd safety. It resumes about 45 minutes later, and cart service ends at 7:30 p.m. Some performances run to 7 p.m.

Four Entrances And The Transit Lines

Four entrances serve the ground: JFK Drive and Transverse Drive, Fulton Street and 30th Avenue, JFK Drive and 36th Avenue, and South Polo Field at Middle Drive and Metson Road.

Extra Muni service runs on all three days at regular fares. The 5 Fulton, 5R Fulton Rapid, 31 Balboa, 38 Geary and 38R Geary Rapid serve the north side of the park. The N Judah train and the 7 Haight/Noriega bus serve the south side. The 29 Sunset crosses the park on Crossover Drive.

Taxi stands sit on Fulton from 22nd to 24th. Ride-share drop-offs and pickups run around Washington High School on 30th Avenue between Anza and Balboa, on Balboa between 30th and 31st, and on Irving between 25th and 27th.

What The Date Prices At

Engine puts San Francisco at $165 a night across 3.1 million public rate observations from May 2024 to April 2026. The figures are par rates, the cheapest public price at the time of each search, observed 10 to 180 days before check-in.

October averages $176, seven percent above the city average. September averages $192 and March $197, the two peaks of the year. December averages $129. The city ranks 18th of 50 markets at 11 percent above the $148 median.

Dayuse lists a $119.61 average for a day room in San Francisco and names The Mosser Hotel as its recommendation. That figure is one platform's listing.

The Read For A Day-Use Desk

Three published dates put the programme inside daylight on each one. The park clears every night, the transit lines carry the crowd at regular fares, and the October line sets the price basis.

A day-use desk selling into these dates publishes the daytime window and its price basis on the listing. That is a planning position drawn from the organiser's clocks.
