Two gates, six days apart
Registration for the AAD 2027 Annual Meeting opens Wednesday 18 November 2026 at 12 p.m. noon Central Time. Physician, life and honorary members reach the form at that minute. Every other category waits until Tuesday 24 November 2026 at the same hour.
The Academy publishes both gates on its dates page. It publishes the close with them. Early-bird rates end Wednesday 17 February 2027 at 12 p.m. noon Central Time, and standard fees run from that minute to the last day of the meeting.
The week at Moscone
The meeting runs Friday 19 March to Tuesday 23 March 2027. Moscone Center's event feed places it in Moscone North, South and West.
The neighbouring bookings set the shape of the fortnight. GDC Festival of Gaming holds the campus 1-5 March. TDX 2027 takes Moscone West on 10 and 11 March. The dermatology meeting opens eight days after TDX closes.
Where the demand sits inside the day
The scientific program starts Friday 19 March at 7:30 a.m. and ends Tuesday 23 March at 12:15 p.m. The Academy publishes that window on its affiliate-group page.
Those hours put the working day inside the building. A delegate who arrives for a morning session and leaves after the afternoon block holds a room for the day, across five days.
A morning start and a midday close on the final day fit a room sold by the hour. The day-use shelf lists both numbers for each property: a day rate and the overnight rate it compares against.

Dayuse's San Francisco page carries a Yerba Buena cluster, the district around Moscone. Hotel Zelos lists $135 for the day against a $399 comparison, a 64 percent difference. The Mosser lists $85 against $299, at 70 percent. Hotel Zetta lists $142 against $399, at 62 percent.
The windows differ by property. Hotel Zelos sells 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. and 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. The Mosser runs six windows from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. through 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. Hotel Zetta sells 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. and 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.
Those readings come from one page on one day. Rates and windows move, and the platform prints its own figure at the point of booking.
Housing closes on 24 February
The deadline to book housing through the Academy is Wednesday 24 February 2027. Maritz Global Events is the registration and housing partner, and FHT Global manages group room packages with it.
Two earlier dates sit inside the registration year. Initial exhibit-space assignments land on or after 20 November 2026, and session submissions close on 27 January 2027.
What the desk holds
Three dates set the booking file: 18 November, 17 February and 24 February. The first opens the member gate, the second ends the early-bird rate, and the third closes Academy housing.
The day inventory takes a separate question. Ask the property for the window that covers 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., and for the release rule on a room held past that block.
