December demand signal: Spectrum Miami's five-day compression

Two art fairs at Mana Wynwood Convention Center, 34 floor hours over five days, four of them evenings, and a ticket step dated December 2.

Five days, 34 hours, nine of them after six

Spectrum Miami and Red Dot Miami fill Mana Wynwood Convention Center from December 2 to 6, 2026. The visitor page prints a VIP and press preview hour from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. on the Wednesday, an opening night block from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., three show days from noon to 8 p.m. and a Sunday from noon to 6 p.m.

Add the blocks and the fair sells 34 hours of floor across five days. The Wednesday carries four of them.

The distribution carries the signal. Nine of the 34 hours fall after 6 p.m.: three on the Wednesday and two on each of Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Four consecutive evenings carry a live floor, and Sunday carries none. A five-day fair delivers four usable nights, which is the number a December forecast needs.

The ticket structure dates the decision

Every product on the ticket page carries the same sentence: at the door, prices increase on Dec. 2, 2026. The door rates are 95 dollars all access, 50 dollars general admission and 30 dollars concession, each plus processing fees. The advance rates are 73.73 dollars all access, being 70 dollars plus a 3.73 dollar fee, and 32.33 dollars general admission, being 30 dollars plus a 2.33 dollar fee.

The page publishes no purchase cut-off. Each product carries an advance column and a door column, so the ticketing calendar holds one switchover, and that switchover is opening day.

The pass is the fair's own stay-length product

The all-access pass spans the Wednesday evening plus four show days, which maps onto the nights of December 2, 3, 4 and 5. Sunday closes at 6 p.m. and releases the room before a fifth night would begin. The fair sells a four-night shape on its own ticket page before a property sells a room.

The lodging layer publishes no rate

The fair's accommodations block recommends consumer booking sites and states the limit in writing. Redwood Art Group is not affiliated with any booking site and, therefore, cannot act as an intermediary. The visitor page and the FAQ page carry no room block, no negotiated rate, no cut-off date and no shuttle.

The one lodging instrument on the ticketing is a Stay22 map widget. Its payload pins the event window to 2026-12-02 through 2026-12-06 and opens a search on the venue. A widget carries a date range, and a date range is the whole handoff an operator receives.

Parking is sold in 12-hour blocks

The venue lot charges 33 dollars plus tax at all times, collected at entry, valid for 12 hours. The terms add no overnight privilege and no in and out privilege, and 10 stalls are ADA compliant. Four show days at that rate cost 132 dollars before tax.

The 12-hour term sets an expiry the guest has to plan around. A car entering at 11:30 a.m. holds the space until 11:30 p.m., which covers a Thursday close at 8 p.m. and leaves three and a half hours unused. On Sunday the same entry holds until 11:30 p.m. against a 6 p.m. close.

What the venue calendar adds

Mana Wynwood publishes its own event list. Spectrum Miami and Red Dot Miami appear there as a single booking dated December 2 to 6 with a 6:00 PM line, and that entry is the only December date on the list. The nearest neighbours are the Miami Real Estate Forum on November 4 and 5, the Best Buddies gala on November 14 and the LIFE TIME marathon on January 29.

The venue's own published calendar therefore puts one five-day booking in the month, and that booking runs four evenings. Any read of December compression in this district starts from that entry and the 34-hour clock behind it.

The scale figures the organiser publishes

Neither fair page publishes attendance for the 2026 edition, and neither publishes an exhibitor count. The organiser's footer gives scale for the company across all of its fairs: more than 40 fairs, more than 11 years, nearly 100,000 attendees annually, across New York, Miami, Santa Fe and San Diego. A portfolio figure sizes the company.

The floor hours, the four evenings, the dated price step and the absent block are all published. Demand per night is not, so a property reads the clock and the ticket structure and sets its own December position against them.
