Where the day's spend lands
Sodexo Live! holds exclusive food and beverage rights inside the building, and the catering department holds the exclusive right to booth catering. Coffee, popcorn, sodas, bar service and ice count as traffic promoters and must come from Sodexo Live!.
Food and beverage purchases carry the 7 percent Indiana sales tax and the 2 percent Marion County food and beverage tax. The building runs cashless for food and beverage, and a reverse ATM sits in the Speedway Corridor.
An exhibitor sampling food needs a Marion County Health Department registration and a signed form held in the show office and the booth. The building sets the maximum number of sampling booths, and a sampling charge may apply.
