Registration and the ATD Book Store open at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday and run to 6:00 p.m. The opening keynote sits at 12:45 p.m. Wednesday registration opens at 7:00 a.m. and the program closes with a networking reception from 4:30 to 6:00 p.m. Thursday registration opens at 7:00 a.m. and closes at 12:30 p.m., with the closing keynote from 11:30 a.m.

The schedule carries nine food and beverage windows: four 30-minute breaks, two breakfast chats, one lunch, one networking event and one reception.

The average day rate is 44.8 percent of the $195 block rate. That figure is arithmetic on the two published numbers.
Engine's Indianapolis par-rate table gives September a nightly average of $117 and October $134, against a city average of $128 across 1.2 million rate observations from May 2024 to April 2026. September sits 9 percent below that average. Engine defines its figures as par rates, the cheapest publicly available price at the time of each search.
