ClearCourse Adds SK Chase and Elina PMS to Its Hospitality Suite

ClearCourse’s fourth 2026 acquisition adds a gift-voucher platform and a cloud PMS, and SK Chase’s own site lists over 600 luxury clients.

ClearCourse adds two hospitality platforms

ClearCourse announced on 7 October 2026 that it has acquired SK Chase, a digital voucher platform, and Elina PMS, a cloud reservations management platform. The release carries a London dateline. It states the two deals take the group’s total acquisitions in 2026 to four.

ClearCourse describes itself as a provider of industry-specific software and embedded payment solutions for SMEs. Its hospitality portfolio already holds Giftpro, which the release says is trusted by hundreds of restaurants across the UK, and Rezcontrol, the group’s hotel management software.

The chief executive on connected technology

Christina Hamilton, chief executive of ClearCourse, leads the announcement with the product case. “We are delighted to welcome both SK Chase and Elina PMS into the ClearCourse Group,” she said. “By combining SK Chase’s luxury gifting expertise and Elina PMS’s deep sector understanding with our existing sector expertise and embedded payments, we are building an unmatched capability for the hospitality sector. Above all, this is about helping our customers build deeper relationships with their guests through faster innovation and a genuinely connected technology experience.”

ClearAccept is the group’s embedded payment platform. The release states both acquired businesses will use it. The release builds its operator case on connected technology: guest data, bookings and payments in one system, which it ties to margin protection and lasting guest relationships.

What SK Chase adds

SK Chase was founded in Edinburgh in 2003. The release states the business built one of the first platforms that let luxury hotels package and sell gift experiences. The product is an all-in-one e-commerce platform for gift vouchers, event tickets, retail items and guest add-ons.

SK Chase’s own site states the commercial model: a commission arrangement with no upfront fees, where a venue pays when it sells.

Client scale reads two ways. The release says SK Chase serves hundreds of the world’s most prestigious hotels, restaurants and resorts. SK Chase’s own site states over 600 luxury hotels, resorts and destination restaurants trust the platform. Each figure belongs to the publisher that printed it.

SK Chase publishes a supplier relationship with Marriott International EMEA as an approved gift voucher software supplier. The same page states around 1,000 hotels operate across EMEA Marriott, and names W Hotels, The Luxury Collection and Sheraton among its brands.

Steph Wilson, co-founder and chief executive of SK Chase, said the group’s scale and resources would help the business build on 23 years of foundations. She named new payment technology as a route to additional client revenue, and enhanced specialist support as a benefit to her team and customers.

What Elina PMS adds

Elina PMS was established in London in 2007 to help hospitality businesses boost direct bookings, per the release. The platform unifies reservation management, invoicing, guest experience, data storage and payments in one system. It serves hotels, serviced apartments and rentals. Elina’s own site lists serviced apartments, hotels, aparthotels, short lets, bed and breakfasts, corporate housing, hostels, vacation rentals and workforce accommodation.

Operating figures sit on Elina’s own pages. The in-built channel manager carries more than 2,000 channels, including Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia and Agoda. The system ships 50-plus reports and dashboards. The property management system page states access to 40-plus payment acquirers and 99.98 per cent-plus up-time. Elina states a 50-room property can save up to 100 hours a month.

Payment gateways come from a partner list. Stripe, Taylr.io and Cardstream appear on Elina’s integrations page as preferred suppliers.

Online check-in is a web app a guest reaches from an email link, the property’s website or a QR code. The steps a property switches on can include guest email and address, questions, a passport or ID document, a selfie, a signature on the terms and conditions of stay, and a payment.

Christopher Lovold, founder and chief executive of Elina PMS in the release, said the acquisition opens a new chapter for customers. He cited the wider ecosystem of hospitality tools, deeper technical expertise for product development, and embedded payments built into the platform.

Readings that differ across the pages

Elina’s founding year reads 2007 in the release and on Elina’s About page, and 2008 on Elina’s home page.

Lovold’s title reads founder and chief executive in the release. Elina’s own About page lists him as managing director.

Elina’s own pages disagree on the integration count. The home page prints 70-plus integrations. The property management system page prints over 50 integrations.

SK Chase’s home page prints 21 years of experience beside the 2003 founding date it also carries. Wilson’s quote in the same release cites 23 years.

What the release leaves out

The release states no deal value, no adviser and no completion terms. The total of four acquisitions in 2026 is the announcement’s own figure.

Neither company publishes a customer count for Elina’s platform. No document read states what the acquisition changes for a property’s contract, its pricing or its support route.
