The Week and the Published Clock

A delegate who arrives Sunday and leaves Wednesday holds three nights. The 8 a.m. Sunday move-in clock puts the exhibitor base on the Saturday night and takes that group to four nights.
The Daytime Inventory Beside the Week
The venue counts 7,100 hotel rooms in downtown Indianapolis and 4,700 of them connected to the Convention Center by skywalk. The venue states the skywalk lock-down rule of thumb as about 11 p.m. and the morning reopening as about 6 a.m., both event-dependent.
The published programme runs 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. A delegate who books three nights sits off the room through the middle of each of those days.

The Calendar Around the Week
The venue's own calendar lists twelve events from 22 September to 12 October 2026. The Gas Machinery Conference sits after the MAPP Benchmarking and Best Practices Conference and the two Association of Talent Development conferences. All three carry 29 September to 1 October. The ISBA/IAPSS Annual Conference carries 5 and 6 October, inside the Gas Machinery week. An Emerging Leaders' Summit carries 7 October. The FullScale Symposium and the American Dental Association Scientific Sessions both carry 8 to 10 October.
Supply Arriving After the Week
The Signia by Hilton Indianapolis carries 803 rooms with a December 2026 target on the venue's expansion page. The hotel connects to the Convention Center by skybridge and adds a 50,455-square-foot grand ballroom inside 90,000 square feet of meeting space. The venue states the accompanying expansion will let it host two citywide conventions at one time.
