The two windows the floor fixes
The Midwest Multifamily Conference runs in Hall H at the Indiana Convention Center on Thursday 15 and Friday 16 October 2026, with a venue forecast of 950 attendees. The floor opens 1:45 to 5:00 p.m. Thursday and 12:45 to 3:30 p.m. Friday. The two windows total 360 minutes across the two days.
The Thursday window overlaps the 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. session block in four meeting rooms. The Friday window closes into a 3:30 to 5:00 p.m. maintenance social hour in Rooms 133-136.
The day prices on the record
The organiser sells a single-day trade show pass at $66 for members and $98 for non-members on either day. The day-use platform's Indianapolis page carries an average day-room price of $87.43, read on 22 September 2026, with free cancellation and payment at the hotel. The same page states a discount of up to 75 per cent off an overnight stay.
The inventory behind the two days
The venue publishes 4,700 rooms connected to the Center by skywalk and 7,100 hotel rooms downtown. The conference block sits at one property, the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown, which Visit Indy's connected-hotels page lists at 650 rooms. Visit Indy states that the connected package reaches 12 hotels and 5,200 rooms once the Signia by Hilton Indianapolis opens.
The meal windows
Thursday carries a 45-minute morning networking session, a 55-minute lunch in the Sagamore Ballroom from 12:45 to 1:40 p.m., and the floor. Friday carries a 60-minute morning networking session, a Lunch and Awards from 11:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. in the Sagamore Ballroom, the floor and the social hour.
The venue's facility guide puts the Sagamore Ballroom sections 1 to 7 at 2,080 banquet seats across 33,335 square feet. The 950 forecast equals 45.7 per cent of that banquet set.
The plans and the deadlines
Registration closes 14 October at 12:00 p.m. EDT on every plan except the awards dinner. The dinner-only plan closes 13 October at 11:59 p.m. EDT. The organiser sells five single-day plans: Plans B and E cover Thursday, and Plans C, F and G cover Friday. Cancellations carry a 50 per cent refund between 25 September and 6 October, and no refund after 6 October.
The Friday return
A guest on a Thursday-only plan checks out Friday morning. The housing window's checkout day is 16 October, the conference's second day. The organiser routes late bookers to the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown desk, and the housing page now reads "WEBSITE IS NOW CLOSED".
The supply that lands after the window
The venue's release of 21 April 2026 reports the Signia by Hilton Indianapolis at 800 rooms with reservations from 1 February 2027. Visit Indy's expansion block reads 803 rooms with a December 2026 opening target beside a 143,500-square-foot centre expansion. The next large rows on the venue's October calendar are the National FFA Convention and Expo at 70,000 on 21 to 24 October and the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers National Conference at 15,000 on 28 to 31 October.
