Inn-Flow announced connected capabilities between its Accounting and Procurement products. The release carries a Raleigh, North Carolina dateline of 16 September 2026, and LODGING published a trimmed version on 17 September. The company says the integration brings budget, forecast, actual spend and open purchase-order commitments into the purchasing workflow with AI guidance alongside them.
The Mechanics
Accounting acts as the financial source of truth in the design, and Procurement is the tool where the buying decision happens. Monthly forecasts flow from Accounting into Procurement, and actual spend updates against the same Chart of Accounts in both systems. A new purchase order reduces the amount available to spend through its open commitment. When the invoice arrives, Inn-Flow matches it to the purchase order, clears the commitment and records the invoice as actual spend. The company says the two-way match confirms that the invoice and the purchase order belong to the same transaction before the invoice moves to approval and payment.
Inn-Flow illustrates the arithmetic with a $10,000 forecast, $1,850 already spent and $2,450 committed through an open purchase order, which leaves $5,700 available before the next order. The arithmetic holds, and the illustration is the vendor's own.
What Ships Now
The Accounting and Procurement integration and the AI Cart Optimizer are live now for existing customers. The AI Cart Optimizer prompts buyers to adjust a cart before submitting an order. Inventory is not live. Inn-Flow describes it as an upcoming Procurement capability that shows operators what they already hold before they buy more, and the company targets beta availability beginning in Q4.
Where the Daytime Read Sits
Operators selling daytime and hourly inventory read this launch on the cost side. The release carries no daytime or hourly revenue line, no day-use occupancy figure, no hourly rate and no revenue figure for a slot. Inn-Flow's accounting and procurement modules work from the property's Chart of Accounts, and the release names no separate day-use line inside them.
Background
Inn-Flow bought Lilo, an AI-powered hospitality procurement platform, in a deal announced on 4 May 2026, and launched Inn-Flow Procurement as an add-on module at the same time. Lilo co-founders Nadine ElAshkar and Javier Araya joined Inn-Flow in leadership roles. Inn-Flow describes itself as a back-office platform connecting accounting, bookkeeping, business intelligence, labour management, payroll, procurement and facilities in one system, from the property level to the portfolio level.
Lee Bridges, chief product officer, described the commercial logic. "Most purchasing decisions in a hotel start with operational needs," he said. "A GM needs linens, supplies, equipment or food, and the natural next step is to buy it."
Verification State
No independent test, audit or third-party adoption figure accompanies the launch, and every performance claim here is Inn-Flow's own. The vendor's own site returned a 403 to a direct fetch, so the release carried by Hotel Online and LODGING is the source for the product detail.
