The Real Deal Miami Real Estate Forum runs Wednesday 4 and Thursday 5 November 2026 at Mana Wynwood Convention Center, 318 NW 23rd St. The doors read 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on both days, and the organiser publishes 6,000-plus attendees across the two days with no per-day split. Two weekday daytime blocks in Wynwood is the demand shape a day-use seller prices against.
The rate card and the day-of premium
General admission moves from $250 in the early-bird window through Sept 22, to $275 from Sept 23 to Nov 3, to $300 on site. VIP runs $350, $400 and $425 on the same three steps. All-Access holds $800 in every window, and the Subscriber pass runs $100 in advance against $150 on site.
The premium per product differs. The subscriber pass adds 50 percent on the day, general admission 9.09 percent and VIP 6.25. All-Access adds nothing. The organiser's FAQ keeps on-site registration open, requires it online and states that the price rises.
A group rate sits below all of it. Ten or more general admission passes bought in one transaction price at $200 each, applied automatically at checkout.
Thursday is the only single-day product
The FAQ answers that a one-day pass exists for Day 2 only, and the registration page publishes no price for it. Day 2 carries eight Main Stage sessions between 11 a.m. and 3.30 p.m. and three on the Innovation Stage. Day 1 carries nine on the Main Stage, four panel sessions on the Innovation Stage and a sponsor presentation, and closes with the 4 p.m. Top Agents & Brokerages Reception at Mana 320, a $75 add-on.
For a daytime operator the read is direct. Thursday sells as a single block, so Thursday is the softer of the two days for a room or a workspace sold by the hour. Wednesday carries the full-day buyer and the evening reception.
The venue calendar leaves Thursday night clear
Mana Wynwood's own calendar lists the forum at Nov 4-5 from 10 a.m. The next booking opens on Friday 6 November at 6 p.m. The venue holds the forum for two daytime blocks and releases it on Thursday evening.
The block hotels publish no numbers
The travel page names four properties inside a 15-minute drive: AC Hotel Miami Brickell, Moxy Miami Wynwood, Arlo Wynwood and Miami Marriott Biscayne Bay. Each carries a booking link and no rate, window or cut-off date. The route to a figure is a rate request to the organiser.
Parking is the venue's own constraint. Mana Wynwood publishes a 240-space lot beside the Convention Center inside a 400-plus space count, a daily rate of $10 to $50 that moves with the day of the week, and payment on entry with a limited time duration. The forum FAQ states that the lot fills quickly and recommends a ride share.
What a revenue manager can take
One day sells as a single product and the other does not. The premium lands on the two cheapest passes and not on the $800 tier. A group of ten buys at $200, below the advance rate. A venue two blocks from a daytime crowd publishes its lot rate by weekday.
