The clock is published twice
Got Sole Miami runs on Saturday 24 October at Mana Wynwood Convention Center, 318 NW 23rd Street. The organiser's poster prints 12-6PM, and that poster is the image the Miami page serves as its og:image. The venue calendar carries the same booking as Sat, Oct 24, 12:00 PM.
Six hours sit inside one afternoon. The pages read for this piece carry no session grid and no vendor call time.
No price, and no guaranteed gate
The Miami page, the FAQ page and the terms page print no admission price. The venue calendar prints a From figure beside two neighbouring entries and prints none beside this one. A revenue manager pricing against a ticket yield has no published number to work from.
The 5,000-plus is the organiser's projection. The terms, effective 19 April 2026, call attendance figures good-faith estimates that are not guaranteed. That sentence sits in section 10.2, under sponsorship deliverables.
Four days of pickup
The show is four days out on 20 October. The series carries two dates: Miami on 24 October and Boston on 19 December, 56 days later. No third date sits between them on the organiser's pages.
One afternoon of attendance, four days of selling time. The window shuts at noon on the Saturday.
The day-use read
A guest who arrives at noon and leaves at six pays for a day and takes no bed for the night. The product that fits is a daytime block that opens at noon and closes at six. Five thousand people across six hours is 833 an hour if the gate spreads evenly. That division sets the arrival curve a desk staffs against. The organiser publishes no hourly pattern to refine it.
Neither the venue nor the organiser publishes a lodging product, a room block, a host hotel or a hotel list. The day-use inventory comes from the market, and the show supplies the demand only.
One Saturday night
The compression is one Saturday night. The venue calendar carries no entry dated Friday 23 October between III Points on 16-17 October and this show. A private rental need not appear on that calendar. No page requires a Friday arrival.
The only published price in the chain is the venue's parking: a $10 to $50 daily band that varies by day of the week, paid on entry.
Terms that protect the arrival
Section 7.3 lets the organiser cancel, postpone, reschedule or relocate an event, and states that substitutions or modifications entitle no attendee to a refund, credit or other remedy. Section 7.7 restricts re-entry and voids a tampered wristband without refund.
Those clauses give a day-use desk a stable basis for the afternoon. A sold ticket does not turn into a cancellation, and a guest who leaves the building may not return the same afternoon. The party stays inside the window the block covers.
Section 9.2 makes vendor fees, deposits and payments non-refundable regardless of attendance, no-show, cancellation, postponement, relocation or reduced foot traffic.
What to load before Saturday
Set the day block from noon and the checkout against 6 PM. Ask the venue for the 24 October parking figure. Quote the transfer on the venue's published 7.1 miles from Miami International Airport.
Load the Saturday night and the Saturday afternoon separately, and price each on the clock it serves. Load no Friday inventory on the strength of this date.
