The organiser reports more than 540 attendees at the 2025 edition. One figure is a venue forecast and the other is an organiser count, and each carries its publisher.

The Clocks That Fix Two Nights

Tuesday opens registration at 7:30 AM. The general session runs 9:00-10:15 AM. The trade show runs 11:30 AM-3:00 PM, the grand prize drawing runs at 3:00 PM, and free time runs 3:00-5:00 PM. The published grid carries no Tuesday evening function.
Sunday and Monday are the committed nights. The third night is open.
The Daytime Window on the Last Day
The Tuesday programme opens at 7:30 AM and its last published item closes at 5:00 PM. The exhibit hall runs on Tuesday alone, from 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
A day-use seller reads one window in that grid. Tuesday runs from the 7:30 AM registration to the 3:00 PM close, seven and a half hours of published programme. The committed room nights sit on Sunday and Monday, and the organiser's grid closes the Tuesday programme at 3:00 PM.

The venue's footer counts 7,100 hotel rooms in downtown Indianapolis and 4,700 rooms connected to the convention center by skywalk. The 4,700 is 66.2 percent of downtown stock. The 600 forecast is 8.45 percent of the same stock. Visit Indy's connected-hotels page puts the connected package at 12 hotels and 5,200 rooms once the expansion opens, with more than 10,000 rooms within walking distance of the center.
The Read
The event supports two nights. The Sunday night holds the 3:00 PM pre-conference session and the 4:45 PM reception. The Monday night holds on a 7:00 AM registration opening and a 7:30 AM start. The Tuesday programme closes at 3:00 PM and the grid carries nothing after it.

CBRE's October 2025 hotel food and beverage study draws on 2,669 U.S. full-service, resort and convention hotels that took part in the Trends survey in both 2023 and 2024, plus 866 monthly statements for January through June 2025. It reports convention-hotel occupancy declining in 2025 after the group-demand recovery of 2023 and 2024, and convention-hotel banquet revenue down 7.3 percent against a rise of 8.7 percent at resort hotels.
